Katie Holmes Gets Cellphone Silver
Katie Holmes gabs away on her phone as she arrives back at her apartment after another performance of All My Sons on Broadway on Wednesday.
The 29-year-old former Dawson’s Creek actress’ husband, Tom Cruise, will be opening up again to Matt Lauer on Monday despite a tension-filled interview nearly three years ago.
Tom, 46, called the Today show host “glib”, back in June of 2005 after a number of questions regarding Scientology’s anti-psychiatry position.
Mr. Holmes is promoting his new WWII film Valkyrie, which opens on Christmas.

She’s probably consoling Tom. The reviews are coming in on Valkyrie and they are not good. Although he got a Globe nod for his ten minute Tropic Thunder role, Valkyrie was shut out.

Tom, please divorce this woman. You were with the beautiful Penelope Cruz and complimented each other so well. Katie wears clothes that are too small for her, she has herpes on her lips, no makeup, kid by another man. She is not for you. I love your movies, but until this charade with Katie is over, I wont pay to see them. I can’t bear to put another penny in your pocket for her to spend on someone else’s child and look at what she did to your mom and sister. She made you choose. You’ll resent her when something happens to your mom like she gets ill and dies. Leave Katie and find a real woman with class. Nicole does have class and no herpes on her lips.

The whole reason why Katie looks as old as she does is because, they want us to believe that Katie and Tom are closer in age. Being that Tom has been around since the 80’s, we all know how old he is. And no matter what you do, you can’t bring back your youth. So Katie chooses to make herself look almost 20 years older than she actually is. She was so much better looking when she hung out with Victoria Beckham. At least she looked more her age, and didn’t look so tired, and a has been, like she looks today. And her clothing style was so much better, and was actually for a 30 year old, and not a 60 year old. Heck, my mom is almost 70, and dresses better than Katie “old woman” Holmes

The two official reviews for Valkyrie are not positive-neutral at best. And word on the street says the movie is not very good.

Both Variety and the Hollywood Reporter have weighed in, and the results are as expected: not so good..
Variety:
After a long takeoff, “Valkyrie” finally takes flight as a thriller in its second half but never soars very high. Bryan Singer’s long-awaited account of the near-miss assassination of Adolf Hitler by a ring of rebel German army officers on July 20, 1944, has visual splendor galore, but is a cold work lacking in the requisite tension and suspense. This second production from Tom Cruise and Paula Wagner at United Artists will do better than the first, “Lions for Lambs,” but is a decidedly odd choice for Christmas Day release, and looks destined for just so-so commercial returns.
Cruise himself is a bit stiff but still adequate as Col. Claus von Stauffenberg,

Bottom Line: Well-crafted historical thriller boasts fine performances but fails to probe the motives behind the plot to kill Hitler.
the herpes may well be due to stress, they have nothing to do with class. other than that, I think she looks controlled, old, worn out, and this whole thing is so weird

Valkyrie will be decent along with Intelligent Oscar films because Adam Sandler and Aniston will rule the b.o. people love family films also comedies and sometimes garbage over dramatic challenging movies.
