Brad Pitt is Softbank Sexy
Here is the new commercial from Brad Pitt for Japanese cell phone company Softbank. Check it out below!
The commercial was filmed back in September when Brad was in France for a short while. He was seen wearing that infamously hideous matching yellow terrycloth outfit –- fedora, 50’s button-down shirt and pants.
Larger video link: HERE.
WHAT DO YOU THINK of Brad’s new Softbank commercial — YAY or NAY?

I tried to answer wobbler to ebmo and got hung up…trying again….
By the way wobbler…I believe Brad shot babel in April and May of 2005, the Kenya pics were taking in May and I know Angie was rumored to have flown to Morocco to be with Brad and stayed at his suite. You have to understand, Aniston isn’t blaming Angelina for her marriage failing - though she is interested in giving that impression. Aniston dislikes that Angelina talks about her love for Brad, and his qualities PERIOD. That is what burns her, and it’s what’s driving her snarky commentary now: especially when she says ‘nothing surprises her,’ she’s really saying nothing surprises her about what Angelina will SAY about Brad and the relationship.
Of course people not knowing details or background, makes everyone assume she means the worst about Angelina - that she’s talking about ‘actions.’ She’s happy to have people thinking that and confusing the issue.
I believe that Brad and Aniston may have had some agreement where he wouldn’t make his relationship with Angelina or whomever public for a time after the divorce filing, so as to ‘mourn the marriage.’ Maybe it wasn’t explicit, maybe Brad just knew that a very public romance in the midst of his getting divorced would upset her, so he tried to be circumspect (hence the ‘I was shocked, and the world was shocked’ pictures).
I don’t know if Maniston feels resentment that Angelina didn’t push Brad to wait longer, or what - but her snarkiness towards her and not him is bizarre. When Cox says in VF that Brad was honest with Jen,’ about his attraction/enchantment for Angelina - we don’t know timelines, and it suits Aniston’s interest that we don’t. We can think that Brad told her when they were not contemplating splitting. I believe that is FALSE.
There is a timeline in the VF, you just have to read between the lines. When they talk about Brad wanting to split and figure out what he wanted in life, but how ’she wanted him to figure it out and stay married.’ Perhaps when they already were in a kind of unofficial split, Brad told Aniston about his feelings for Angelina.
-and so, at the end of the day for Aniston, she knows Brad has always been honest, so she can still praise him to the gills-what she can’t abide, is Angelina apparently talking about that time after the split &saying they ‘fell in love,’ when it was supposed to be downlow.
She knows Brad was trying to either be circumspect, keep the relationship from her and on the downlow, so it wouldn’t blow up in the press. Aniston mistakenly thinks those actions should be adhered to for all time.
She completely misses the fact that Angelina doesn’t owe her a damn thing. That her start with Brad, the start of their family, is precious, and she has nothing to be ashamed of. She certainly isn’t going to shortshrift her memories for her daughters and sons and how she began with their father, just because Aniston wanted a public impression post split of Brad ‘mourning the marriage,’ suitable to her own timeline.
I call b.s. either way - and maintain, even if Brad & Angie had not gotten together for a year, the press still would have made hay that the stars of MAMS were an item and wondered if sparks flew (or more) during filming. Bottomline, they fell in love, and have nothing to be shamed of. I’m so glad Angelina said that about the kids seeing Mams - it will indeed be a beautiful thing.

When old is new again for Brad Pitt
Article from: The Sunday Telegraph
By Lawrie Masterton
December 14, 2008 12:00am
BRAD Pitt is the first to concede his life can be chaotic. He has a busy career, his partner Angelina Jolie has a busy career.
Both are heavily involved in humanitarian issues and then there’s that whole tribe of children.
But in the next breath he just as readily admits he and Jolie, 33, remain keen on the idea of adding to their family, and he doesn’t even seem troubled about how they might actually find the time.
“We have our ways,” says a smiling Pitt. “There are some dry spells. There are a few moments in the desert, but mum and dad can get very creative.”
For the record, this was the roll call at the Pitt-Jolie breakfast table last time we checked: Maddox, 7 (adopted, Cambodian); Pax, 5 (adopted, Vietnamese); Zahara, 4 next month (adopted, Ethiopian); Shiloh, 2 (born to Jolie in Namibia); and six-month-old twins Knox and Vivienne (born to Jolie in France).
“It is chaos at moments but there’s such joy in the house,” Pitt says.
He says the safety of his family is “the only thing that keeps me up at night”. That and having to pitch in on the nappy-changing duties.
“Sure, there’s the janitorial aspect of it all,” he says, laughing, “but it’s the worry, because they just mean so much to me.”
The whole question of mortality and the joys and sadness that come with love and family have weighed even more heavily on Pitt lately as he has absorbed the experience of making The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button, his third film with director David Fincher following Fight Club (1999) and Se7en (1995), and a hot Oscar favourite.
Adapted by screenwriter Eric Roth (Forrest Gump, 1994) from a 1920s story by F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button is about a man who is born in his eighties and ages backwards. As the people most important in his life _ such as his adoptive mother Queenie (Taraji P. Henson) and his greatest love Daisy (Cate Blanchett) _ reach middle and old age, Benjamin “progresses” towards childhood.
“When we began this, David was already dealing with the death of his father and Eric had to deal with the death of his mother,” says Pitt, 45 on December 18.
“About a month into shooting, Angie’s mother passed away so this whole idea of mortality and being finite was foremost.
“The thing I walked away with was that time is short. I don’t know if I have a day or if I have 10 days or 10 years or 40 years. Am I half way or close to the end?
“I don’t know, so I’ve got to make sure I don’t waste any of those moments on any kind of pettiness or bitterness or laziness and that I surround myself with what’s most important to me and the people most important to me.”
Director Fincher and his team used groundbreaking, computer-generated effects to transpose Pitt’s heavily made-up face onto the bodies of older and sometimes much smaller actors for various scenes in the film, which clocks in at almost three hours.
Pitt now is working on his next movie, Quentin Tarantino’s World War II film Inglourious ********, which he describes as “outrageous, the World War II film to end all World War II films. I don’t know how they do another after this”.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button opens on Boxing Day

Her fans keep saying that she only answered a question. Well, she had 2 weeks to think about the question, why can’t she just say “It’s not worth revisiting the matter. I am happy with John, I don’t have time to dwell on the past. I know you have to fill the pages of the magazine, so how about me telling you about all my achievements in my movie career (oops, there was no awards or nominations to talk about), my romantic life (oops, I have no kids, no real man, only a paid douchebag to be my companion), my philanthropy (barely something worth talking about). You are right, let’s talk about my 4 year old divorce. I have a lot to say about that.” And there you have it.

The sad truth is, if Brad were a man like this:
http://meetthefamous.com/photos-videos/details.php?story=4195
No x fan would want him to go back to x. Sadly, I don’t really think even x wants to go back to that douche bag.
I just googled “douche” to find out what it really is. HAHAHAHAH I find it hilarious that Mayer is widely called a douche bag given his predilection for peeing and poohing on his women. It’s exactly what x would need - a douching.

I read that fraud called the journalist 1 week late just to add that one line “Considering the source” ?
what a calculating cow.
====================================================
OMFG that woman is freaking crazy. To called back the journalist a week later and have him added that part, just reinforced what we already know about the Old Hag, that she is a very calculating and manipulating bi*tch.
The hag’s fans said that we are obsess with Angie and Brad, but they should look toward their idol, cause she is the one that is obsess with Angie and the whole Jolie-Pitt family. It is rather scary and I am glad that the family have people to protect them, cause you never know what that crazy b*tch would do.
Calculating, Manipulating, Desperation, Pathetic, Liar, Mediaho = Jennifer Aniston
Please free to add it on to the list
WELL SORRY IF IT HAS BEEN POSTED ANGIE INTERVIEW I JUST LIKE READING HER INTERVIEW.

The Angelina Jolie Effect
Frankie White
December 14, 2008 12:00am
——
Angelina Jolie, Oscar-winning mega-celebrity, companion of Brad Pitt and mother of six - including five-month-old twins - is crouched over a breast pump in a hotel room. “I was just pumping,” she says, by way of introduction. “It’s such a funny thing to do, like a dairy cow.”
——-
Right now, her twins, Knox and Vivienne, are safely stashed somewhere in New York City, while Jolie is in a suite at the Waldorf Astoria. Pitt has the rest of the brood - Maddox, 7, Pax, 5, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2 - in Berlin, where he’s shooting Quentin Tarantino’s Inglorious ********.
——
“Neither of us is allowed all the kids at once, because the other one gets lonely.”
Jolie, 33, seems so familiar from magazine covers and billboards that it’s almost disconcerting meeting her in person.
——
She’s often portrayed as a saint-like figure in a sweeping empire-line frock, with a clutch of adorable urchins balanced on her hip and her handsome beau careening into the scene on a dusty dirt bike. Or else, she’s clutching a gun, ready to shoot.
—–
Today, there are no weapons and no brood. But there’s no mistaking her.
—-
There are the grey-green eyes, pillow-like lips, almost translucent complexion and inky tattoos peeking out from under her cream silk Ralph Lauren dress.
—–
Clint Eastwood, director of her current release Changeling, describes her as having “one of the more striking faces on the planet”.
—–
Jolie is seated, poker-straight, on a maroon couch with tatty cushions between us and a nibbled biscuit on the table.
—–
She’s here to talk about the true story set in Prohibition-era Los Angeles. Jolie plays single mum Christine Collins, whose son, Walter, disappears.
—-
Looking for good publicity, the police department reunites her with her ’son’ who is, in fact, a drifter kid from Iowa looking for a free trip to California.
—-
Collins confronts the police, insisting the child isn’t who they say he is, and ends up being slandered as an unfit mother. Her only hope comes in the form of community activist Reverend Gustav Briegleb (played by John Malkovich).
—–
Halfway through the film, the storyline shifts to include serial killer Gordon Northcott and the infamous Wineville chicken coop murders.
—-
Northcott kidnapped and killed 20 young boys between 1928 and 1930, and it’s highly likely Christine Collins’ son was among those slain.
—-
“I’d heard it was a wonderful script,” says Jolie, “in that Collins was an extraordinary woman.
—-
“I wanted to know the story and couldn’t put it down.
—-
“Then I thought, I never want to do a film like that. I didn’t sleep well that night; I couldn’t get the thought of anything happening to my kids out of my mind.”
—–
A film about child murders might seem an odd choice for someone who’s such a devoted mother, but Jolie says it was the bond between the character and her son that attracted her to the plot.
—–
“(There’s) the other side of it; the fight this woman had and the idea of justice and never giving up hope. Instead of being upsetting, it became this inspiring story.
——
“I thought making the film was a final piece of justice for her; I suddenly found myself wanting to tell it.”
——-
There’s a scene towards the end where Collins’ workmates invite her to a bar to listen to a radio broadcast of the Academy Awards.
—-
She has a bet on It Happened One Night winning best picture, which you can’t help but view as a sly nod at an Oscar.
—-
Does she think Changeling stands a chance of winning? “I never think that,” she says, “because, in the end, you just have to make a film you love.”
—-
As a director, Eastwood is something of a king-maker - think Hilary Swank in Million Dollar Baby.
——
“For me, Clint was the big deal,” Jolie says. “Just being able to work with somebody I’ve admired so much and then to meet him - he was everything I hoped he’d be.”
——
It says something of Jolie’s character that she has no agent or publicist, and her manager, Geyer Kosinski, has been with her since she was 19.
——
“He’s my friend. He kind of handles everything.” (It was Kosinski who introduced Jolie to Billy Bob Thornton.)
—–
After so many years in the industry, Jolie (or is it Kosinski?) certainly knows how to play the fame game.
—–
“Every time you do a movie, you should do a magazine,” she says, matter-of-factly.
—–
For Changeling, there’s a spread in the high-end US magazine W, photographed by Pitt using Kodak Tech Pan film - which hasn’t been manufactured for four years (the rolls were found on eBay and sourced from Israel).
—–
“He’s a real artist, more so than me. He has an amazing eye and is a real student of art,” she says.

By the way wobbler…I believe Brad shot babel in April and May of 2005, the Kenya pics were taking in May
—————————————————————————————-
It was april 29th 2005. It was my birthday and quite a nice present for me seeing Brad Angie and madd together..
Howard mocks x @ 12/13/2008 at 10:11 am
I think Howard must know someone who has worked with Aniston (maybe a writer from friends) Because he was totally down on her. Regardless of what that other guy said trying to pump Aniston up, Howard kept coming back to how needy Aniston is. How much she wants to be the life of the party. The center of attention. Based on how Howard normally loves any woman who takes off her clothes, it seems he sees her a a fake and wasn’t about to jump on her train.
Thanks for clearing that up ‘life,’ timeline still works…excellent. :)
On the magazine’s cover, Jolie is pictured breastfeeding, and there’s a glimpse of a tiny hand. “I’d just given birth to the twins and was feeling very private at home.
—–
I couldn’t imagine a stranger coming in and me putting on a bunch of outfits.
——
So I loved these photographs so much.” In the portfolio, there are silhouettes of Jolie’s body, and close-ups of her pulling silly faces and tottering in heels with Zahara.
—–
“It was a great experience to work together,” she says.
—–
“It’s important for couples to find projects outside of the children.”
—–
What else do two of the most impossibly glamorous and famous people on the planet do together?
—–
“We both fly planes, but we haven’t done that in a long time because we’ve been busy. We talk about the motorcycle trips we want to take in the future. We both want to get back to painting.
—–
“We take French class together. We used to have date nights - now we have date hours,” she laughs.
—–
There was another set of photos taken at the family compound in the south of France - the first pictures of her twins - that sold for $22 million to People and Hello! (two years earlier, pictures of Shiloh sold for $6.3 million).
—–
The money raised went to the Jolie-Pitt Foundation, which supports health clinics in Ethiopia and Cambodia, rebuilds Iraqi schools and counsels children of US military killed in Iraq and Afghanistan, among other causes.
—–
When asked about the staggering sum paid for images of her children, she says, “I try not to think about it too much.”
—–
In the million-dollar photos, Jolie is wearing no make-up and her nursing bra strap is showing. “I couldn’t be bothered getting dressed.
—–
Before they took the pictures, Brad and I attempted to clean our room and we were like, ‘Argh!’” She throws her hands up in the air.
—-
“We were trying to pull ourselves together. But, at the same time, you don’t want to change yourself.”
—–
Truth, it seems, is Jolie’s shield. She once told a Vogue journalist, “You can ask me anything.”
—–
These days, I wonder if she still feels so free. “I answer every question honestly, or I don’t answer at all, because I have to remain open, for myself.
—–
“But I’m more aware of a leading question looking for something trashy, or somebody who isn’t going to listen to what I say.”
—–
Seven years ago, Jolie began a daily record on the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) website about her journey to Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Cambodia and Pakistan.
—–
Her postings were collected in a book, Notes from My Travels (Pocket Books). She has no plans for another book, but has been working on some newspaper editorials.
—–
“It helps me focus my thoughts,” she says.
—–
Of her travels, Jolie says, “I love any new place. Obviously my sons’ and daughters’ countries are special, but Sierra Leone was the first country I ever went to with the UN - there’ll always be something about West Africa.
—–
“To this day, it was the most brutal (country) I’ve seen - the cutting off of limbs as a form of aggression was just so horrendous. I completely changed as a person.”
—–
In 2005, at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Jolie met with Peter Gabriel, musician and co-founder of Witness, a human rights advocacy group.
—–
She was interested in his organisation’s work in Sierra Leone and joined the group in a meeting with former president Ahmad Kabbah to advocate for the implementation of Sierra Leone’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s findings.
—–
“She really does want to use her celebrity for good,” says Suvasini Patel, communications manager for Witness.
—–
“She recognises its power and potential, and is willing to use it where appropriate to shine a spotlight on terrible human rights atrocities.”
—–
Patel goes on to describe Jolie as “smart, thoughtful, generous and incredibly dedicated to our cause”.
—–
Still, there was a time when the actor was better known as a bad-ass babe, wearing a vial of her second husband’s blood around her neck and kissing her brother passionately on the red carpet.
—–
The beginning of her relationship with Pitt was played out against his divorce from actor Jennifer Aniston.
—–
But, despite the public’s obsession with the couple, Jolie has always done her own thing, found her own truth.
—–
Right now, her mission is working with the UNHCR and being a mum to six.
—–
That number may well rise, though she says she plans to wait until the twins are six months old before adopting again.
—–
Being a mum clearly suits her; she tells cute stories about her kids: “You hear them giggling and scrambling and making plans together in the middle of the night.”
—–
And the excuses they make about not going to bed: “Our seven-year-old, Mad, writes letters now. He’ll write these really long, extended letters that he’ll slip under our door.
The Jolie-Pitts do not believe in your God. And it’s other people who need to be protected from them.
“‘Hi Mum and Dad, I don’t want you to be mad, I’m just walking around. I can’t sleep. I hope it’s OK. If you feel like visiting me’ It just goes on and on.”
—-
She rolls her eyes. “We’re so thrilled he’s using his language and writing letters, so we write in reply.”
—-
Jolie’s next project is the CIA thriller Salt, which originally had Tom Cruise in the lead. After Cruise dropped out over creative differences, Jolie’s interest in the project prompted the studio to rewrite the screenplay for a female star.
—-
The film’s director is Australian Phillip Noyce (Dead Calm, Rabbit-Proof Fence). “I love him,” she says. “Phillip is such an extraordinary man and a great director.
—-
He has a strong way about him. He seems like he’s being quiet and lovely, and yet, he’s dictating everything.”
—-
The most curious film in Jolie’s repertoire is an upcoming adaptation of Russian-born American Ayn Rand’s cult novel, Atlas Shrugged.
—–
Jolie is lined up to play Dagny Taggart, heiress to the Taggart Transcontinental railroad, whose business is crumbling as society disintegrates.
—-
“It’s been hard to develop the script, because studios look at three pages of speech and say you can’t have that much talking. And anybody who’s a fan of this (work), knows you can’t cut certain speeches.”
—-
It was a few years ago when Jolie became interested in Rand’s controversial writing, famous for its strong views on sex and gender.
—-
“You’d hear different things and wonder, who said that? Oh! That was her, again,” she says. “I don’t agree with everything, but there’s a great deal I do agree with.”
—-
In Atlas Shrugged, characters are attracted to people who hold the same values. Is this something Jolie sees in her relationship with Pitt?
—-
“I think there’s something in that, absolutely. That’s why, when you’re younger, you don’t understand sex as much. I know I finally found someone who” she breaks off, searching for the right words.
—-
“We agree where we stand, what we believe in, what our values are. We don’t agree 100 per cent on everything, but we support each other where it counts. That’s why everything else between us is so strong.”
—-
Changeling is in cinemas February 5.

Apparently X has read the bad press about her photoshoot because her team has kicked into overdrive releasing statements that she is “not trying to send a message” & downplaying all the talk about Brad and his kids in the article.
Awwwww That is so priceless about Mad slipping notes under the door!
The Los Angeles Times thinks so: Its recent article reports that members of President-elect Obama’s circle of advisers are floating Pitt’s Make It Right project as a model for the kind of celebrity activism that his administration would like to encourage.
=========================
Thanks for the article. Even though I didn’t vote for Obama, I hope that as a president he’ll inspire people, especially the young, to do more volunteer work, instead of working on their tan and hairdo.
Also I loved how Brad said “Mum and Dad get creative” when talking about “alone time” with Angie. That has to have the hens gnashing their teeth!
Remember when Angie said prgnancy makes you more creative for sex?
From PARADE: Q: We think of old stars like Greta Garbo as screen legends. Do you think there are legends-in-the-making among today’s film actresses? A: Yes. We’d nominate the following 10 stars as Future Legends: Julia Roberts, Meryl Streep, Cate Blanchett, Charlize Theron, Keira Knightley, Helen Mirren, Angelina Jolie, Hilary Swank, Scarlett Johanson, and Halle Berry. Readers, vote for your favorites at Parade.com/personality.

I love how these two ALWAYS prove the trolls wrong…
Where’s that dumbfuck DJ who said when Brad’s RS interview came out and he talked about motorcycle trips and flying and painting in the first person - “I” instead of “we” or “us”…that it was proof that he and Angie were breaking up? Then along comes an interview from Angie that was conducted a good a few weeks BEFORE Brad did the RS and she says the exact same thing!
When the hell will these trolls ever learn? Thank God Pavlov used dogs for his experiements and not JustJared Trolls…

It reinforced my thinking that the writers at Rogue, GQ, VF are moonlighting for the tabs, and they don’t want them to die. That’s why they pushed Maniston to keep whining to keep the triangle alive, at her expense and their gain. By her whining, her movie may do well, but it’s because people feel sorry for her. It’s so low to want to win that way. She traded her dignity for fame and money.

A blanket for ‘Button’
Sherlyn Edwards of North Platte crochets a blanket similar to the one she designed for the upcoming movie called “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.” Edwards, who creates custom crocheted clothing and accessories, was contacted by a Hollywood representative two years ago to make an Angora wool blanket for the movie.
Published: Saturday, December 13, 2008 4:14 AM CST
The North Platte Telegraph
For years, Sherlyn Edwards of North Platte has been creating custom crocheted clothing and accessories that she sells all over the world through her Web-based business called “Agape Bebe.”
So when she received a request to create a Victorian-style blanket out of Agora wool, she didn’t think much about it at the time. What she didn’t realize is that the blanket would be used in a famous Hollywood movie.
“It was such a cool thing,” Edwards said. “We give credit to God for it.”
She said the initial e-mail inquiry from Hope Parrish, a famous Hollywood property master, came through an old company Web site that she doesn’t even promote anymore.
“Her finding me was a complete accident,” Edwards said.
She later talked to Parrish by phone. That’s when Edwards learned that the blanket she was being asked to design would be used in the movie “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button,” starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett.
The movie tells the story of Benjamin Button, a man who ages backwards. Although the movie will not be in theatres until Dec. 25, trailers of the film show an infant wrapped in the wool blanket created by Edwards.
Because the blanket is what is referred to as a hero prop, Edwards said she had to make six identical blankets in case one was damaged. The blanket is an ivory color in the movie. However, Edwards said she used a darker, oatmeal colored yarn so that filmmakers could get the color they wanted under the bright lights.
Edwards said the first blanket she made was rejected because it looked more like a rug. Edwards admits she used a fairly tight stitch on her first attempt, but she eventually found a design they liked.
“They wanted kind of a Victorian-style blanket,” she said.
Edwards said she was first contacted by Parrish in August of 2006, and it took about a year for her to complete the order. She said she spent about a month on each blanket, working four to six hours a day.
The yarn used to make the blankets was Angora wool imported from Peru, South America. Edwards said she received the wool in batts that had to be rolled into balls before she could start crocheting.
“It would take 10 hours just rolling this stuff into balls,” Edwards said.
After finishing the blankets, Edwards was asked to create some starter projects, or partially finished pieces that could be used by characters in the movie to look like they are crocheting.
Edwards said she is really looking forward to seeing the movie. Unfortunately, she won’t be listed in the ending credits of the film, but she is still excited about seeing her finished product on the big screen.
Although it’s been over a year since she finished her initial order, Edwards said she hasn’t gotten any more calls from Hollywood. But when she does, she is ready to go.
“They were absolutely the most fabulous people to work with,” Edwards said. “Most of my regular clients know that if I get a call from Hollywood, I’m gone for several months doing what they need me to do.”
Edwards, who is a mother of three, has been crocheting ever since she was 7 years old. She learned her skills from her grandmother, and continues to crochet whenever she can.
She sells her creations through her own Web site as well as on E-Bay and other online retailers.
“I sell all over the world,” Edwards said. “I have boutiques that buy my items and then they resell them.”
While the exposure hasn’t created a noticeable spike in sales, Edwards said she is seeing a lot more hits on her Web site. However, she acknowledged that she is not really doing this for the fame or fortune.
“For me it’s more just a legacy that I can give my kids,” Edwards said. “If I never ever do this again, at least I can tell my kids that Mommy got to crochet a blanket for a movie.”
