Mandy Moore: Coach Cares!

Mandy Moore for Coach Cares attends the ringing of the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Friday in New York City. (She wore a gorgeous Yigal Azrouël mustard and black checked cashmere dress.)

Coach Cares is a program that the iconic brand partnered with celebrities on. Each celeb picked their fave handbag of the season and now through December 31st, 20% of the proceeds will go to the celeb’s charity of choice.

Mandy’s charity is Peace Games, which empowers students to create their own safe classrooms and communities by forming partnerships with elementary schools, families and young adult volunteers.

I can’t believe people are questioning her career. She’s been in 22 roles (movies/TV shows). She’s released countless albums/songs. She’s had success in charity and various organizations/web sites/etc. What more can you ask?

Yesss, Mandy. She seems so warm and friendly (most of the time - hey she’s only human)! I want to have her make me chicken soup when I’m sick! :)
