Rihanna is Leavin’ La Guardia
Rihanna bundles up in her winter wear as she enters New York City’s La Guardia airport on Saturday afternoon.
The 20-year-old Barbadian singer performed last night at Z100’s Jingle Ball 2008 with boyfriend Chris Brown. Rihanna was rumored to perform on British show X-Factor for their grand finale but according to her label, Def Jam, she was never confirmed. They said, “She was never confirmed for the X-Factor. She was only scheduled to fly in for the Jingle Bell Ball and the Royal Variety Performance and was always going to be flying back to the US [afterward].”

I think she wants to be recognized. If she wasn’t wearing the wacky chains and sunglasses, no one would notice her when she’s not on stage. She’d look like any other guy at the airport or mall. This is proof she courts the attention.
