Kate Gosselin Has Eight Disney Kids

Yeah I don’t disagree with her parenting skills and nobody should judge unless they have eight kids themselves.

Alexis is the cutest but my favourite is Hannah the homely sweetheart! I would love a daughter like her!

There is nothing positive to say about these two- people seriously need to do their research and realize what a scam Jon & Kate are…they have continued to play on the pity of charitable people which now equals a million dollar home, a full-time chef, full-time nanny, free vacations, free clothes, free toys…oh, and neither Jon nor Kate work…they sit back and collect free money and items (plus the money they make per episode) while continuing to tell people they are poor and need financial help.

They have sold their children to make a buck…it’s plain and simple…these kids are adorable yes, but their parents have exploited them time and time again for free cash…do you think the older they get that they will get a thrill from all their classmates seeing the vids of them potty training? Probably not…

Jon and Kate know that their children equals money and that is why they continue the show. They have a made a lifestyle out of doing absolutely nothing but playing the pity card that 8 children equals a free ride. No one forced either Jon or Kate to have 8 babies (because any woman undergoing fertility treatments knows multiples is a risk). They have lied about their financial stability and what they actually do (which again, is nothing- why do anything when you have a full staff to do everything).

Perfect example, the trip to Hawaii…did anyone else find it strange that they renew their vows after what, 8-9 years and that even their kids were confused as to why they were doing it? Well, throw in a free vacation that equals thousands of dollars and I guess renewing the vows is part of the deal…

There are thousands of families suffering right now and all I ever see from Jon & Kate is one free vacation after another…having 8 children does not entitle you to any more support than a family of 3 or 4…the problem with Jon & Kate is that they continue to misrepresent their financial situation and play on gullbile people who keep handing over the free stuff…everyone should do what many have already done and write a letter to TLC demanding this scam be pulled off the air for the safety of the children alone!!

Open your eyes and do some research and you will see what a total sham this entire show is- I stopped watching months ago so that I wouldn’t contribute to their scam…

Listen everyone if you want to define PIMPING YOUR KID OUT! This

I love their show and so does my mom. Our favorite is Jon, he is so hilarious!!

Georgia - Jon’s dad died a few years ago & his mom’s side of the family lives in Hawaii. If you watched the episode where they renewed their wedding vowels in Hawaii, you had a chance to see some of Jon’s family. Kate’s parents aren’t hardly around b/c they said it works better that way.

They donated it to some cancer hospital/research program. Plus Jon had a 12 hr Job, from 7Am - 7Pm can’t tell me that didn’t pay good. The Roloff family actually WORKS!! That is a HUGE difference right there. And they are also educating others on little people. Plus they never preach their need for cash nor accept charity (contrary to what you say- they have turned down many offers for free trips). So let’s separate them right away from the Gosselins who always talk about their need for money.

Work is a term Jon & Kate are unaware of. Despite what you say, Jon does not work. Do your research! It is okay to earn money from a reality program yes, but please stop with the claims that they still need money. They continue to take handouts even after now living in a million dollar home and having a full-time staff. They continue to lie about their financial stability. Plus they are doing incredible damage to their children by not only exploiting them, but teaching them that they deserve to be taken care of by other people.

Reports from their speaking engagements (where they appear at churches asking for love offerings) state that they are telling people they have no retirement fund and the children can’t go to college. LIES, LIES, LIES!! They are dishonest people!!

The show is now based on little more than Jon & Kate parading all over the country for free!! And by the way, I am so glad to hear they could give $1,000.00 out of their 6 figure income. Way to go Jon & Kate- get serious, they are a joke and they take advantage of a system designed for families in need. There is no excuse for their dishonesty.

What does being a parent have to do with the truth about Jon & Kate? Me being a parent doesn’t make me any more qualified to see a SCAM than not being one. And while you claim they are loving, great parents, all evidence points to the contrary.

If this was a fictional TV show, then yes- who cares? But these are real people with real children who are passing themselves off as something they are not in order to get a handout. And these are beautiful children who have no choice in being paraded in front of a camera and exploited for some free cash and free vacations. It goes beyond a simple television show. They have preyed on people for charitable handouts- ones that could go to a family who really needs the help. Not one who lives in a mansion and travels all over the country for free.

There are multiple sites and blogs that discuss the truth about this phony couple and have asked TLC to yank it off the air because of the danger to the children. You may say- “oh, it’s just television,” but your support and viewership continues to fund their lifestyle and continues to contribute to the exploitation of thei children.

Mary, it really is just a tv show, it doesn’t affect your life in any way. If you don’t like it, then don’t watch. I’ve tried to watch this boring garbage and every time I am shocked at the verbal abuse this wife gives her husband. I can’t believe he renewed his vows with her. It had to have been for the money cuse any self respecting person would leave a spouse like her.

I think she is sooo mean to her husband! I have only seen it once on holiday (I do not think it is in UK yet, not that I care) and I was thinking, why does he put up with that? She is so condescending to him. Yeah, free ride. Why does the tv company not offer to feed needy children or match whatever they spend on that family for another whole bunch of kids who need it????

To the people that think the show is a scam, she has been doing the show for 2 years. You know the reason they go on “free” trips is because the producer sets up story lines and basically gives the Gosselins a schedule of what they set up. Otherwise, the camera crew would tape the kids at home and the audience watching them would be bored after a few episodes. Of course they get products free…they have 8 kids! I have never heard them whine about money and their home and cars are very modest. John did have a job….not sure if he does now. Yes, he gets told what t do a lot by Kate beause he is laid back and Kate is the organizer. They balance each other out….he doesn’t take initial responsibility like he does so he has to be told. The reason they brought cameras into their home is because people are curious how they live and rightfully so…I think they do a great job raising their children…no one knows how you would act if you had 8 children very close in age!

Mary you just a hater. I know the Roloffs work. They have farm and sell pumpkins/peaches plus he has a step stool business. I’m not stupid, I watch it too. And of course they need more money, they have more kids!! The Roloffs only have 4 and Jon/Kate have 8. And they haven’t pushed away some of their family. Large families are great and there are lots of us out there. I have 5 kids. What bothers me is that Kate acts like she is the only Mom out there that has 8 kids. Give me a break. My sister in-law has 8 kids is an attorney and never fusses or tries to get attention.
Kate likes the attention. She thinks its hard now. … what a joke - this stage is a piece of cake. I want to see their household in 5-10 years when they are all trying to do reports, apply for college, take drivers ed etc. That is where the money really adds up. Enjoy it while you can. Its a cakewalk compared to later. Ps - not cool to profit off of kids.

I don’t get why a TV station would still continue with them in this economic situation. What have they done anyway, to “deserve” a show? Nothing.

Kate’s sense of entitlement gets on my nerves, and I wonder how many of the kids will need therapy sooner or later , who will end up doing drugs, with an early teen pregnancy. Who will pay if something goes wrong, TV or the parents who did this to them?

Ok, I have been watching the show for a long time and want to put in my 2 cents. I know these two people love their children, they are good parents. BUT…they are totally making a living off of their children and it is so sad only because the kids don’t have any say in this situation. I agree with a former post that the beginning of the show was fun to watch but with each passing episode, it became clear that Kate (I don’t think Jon so much…but he is at fault because he doesn’t say anything) is a con artist. I am not saying anything about how she raises her children, but she herself is just a terrible person. She berates Jon all the time and can not take responsibility for her actions or words. This is a woman who saw the kindness of others when she first had her sextuples and took complete advantage of it. It never ended and now here we are with her and her husband living off of their little money makers. Prime example of her character…she gets offered a free tummy tuck by a kind-hearted woman and her dr. husband. Kate takes them up on it, as anyone would who would want a tummy tuck but couldn’t afford it, and what does she do when she gets to the office? She asks the dr. to look at her breasts too because she wants them lifted!!! You could see the astonishment on the dr.’s face in that episode. He tells her her breasts are fine and to buy a new bra and that she should be happy with the fact she is getting the operation alone. She was offered a free operation and she STILL tries to rake more out of the situation. Just like everything else. Nuff said.

What upsets me about this couple is how they lounge around claiming they can “work from home now” because of the show. Look at the Roloff’s. These are two little people who have to struggle every single day yet they work and even volunteer to help out others. They make money off the show and get free trips just like the Gosslins’ but they also contribute to society in addition to the show. Even on the other show with the 18 children, the dad owns properties and you see the older children help out with the rental properties. The work and do not lounge around all day. Kate is basically like one of those moms who want to push their kids into show business so the kids can make money and the mom can “manage” their careers…control freak who can’t do anything for herself (like filling up the gas in the car) but wants everyone else, including her children, to work for her.

The show has turned from a show about how to raise twins and sextuplets to a sitcom and the children and parents are now “celebrities”. These kids know nothing else but having cameras shoved in their face all day long. I know Kate has said because of the show they have memories but they could have made memories themselves with a simple camcorder.

Jared why are Jon and Kate on here? They are NOT celebrities! Kate is s demonic *****…I hate this show!!!

I want to make a comment about Jon. I like him and think he is a GREAT father. I can’t stand how Kate treats him as if he can’t do anything right. If Kate left, those kids would be well taken care of and loved by their dad. Jon is equally good at diciplining and being sensitive and responsible. That is what a great dad is about. The only thing that is not great about him is how he doesn’t stand up for himself. If only Kate had someone yell at her and not do what she wanted from time to time, she would think twice about her tendency to control.
I ranted before about Kate but wanted to make it clear that I think Jon being their dad is probably the only way these kids will have a normal life.

Love the show and especially love the kids. Who gives a rats ass if they get “perks.” Unless you’ve walked in their shoes, you shouldn’t judge.

I agree with Mary. At first the show was very entertaining and it looked like thier real life but now it just looks they are going around promoting the places they go. Jon even stated that the deal is that they get free trips if they talk about the places they stay. Its just so predictable now. Its a celebirty thing now. and someone said that the people regularly seen in the begining are not seen anymore and that is true. I dont see beth or carla anymore or beverly the lady that folds laundry

The are totally living off the their children. Why or why did Jon need free hair plugs???? And Kate being offered a free tummy tuck (which I get after sextuplets) tries to up the ante by requesting a boob lift - give me a break. All the free stuff they get comes with a company plug - just watch its so blatant its gross. The kids are cute, minus the obnoxious one Maddy, but it can’t be healthy to have a camera in your face 24/7 and they are too young to make decisions about what is good or bad for themselves, that’s what their parents are supposed to do. If you lived in Pennsylvania, then Jon & Kate could actually be affecting your lives. You see, when Kate Gosselin plopped those kids out of her mighty ute, the state of Pennsylvania gave her a nurse funded by tax dollars in order to help her care for them during their first year of life. I find this completely reasonable as I am sure that we can all agree, one woman taking care of six children while her husband works is quite the task.

The state stipulated that they would give the Gosselins the state funded nurse for one year. Upon the one year expiring, all 6 children were miraculously healthy and doing very well in terms of health. The state determined that the Gosselins no longer needed the free nurse.

The Gosselins then proceeded to appeal the case in court stating that, “Society provides fertility treatment to women, therefore society should bear the burden of helping these women when they are in need.” Kate Gosselin is like a lot of people I know, they feel they are entitled to things simply because of their situation. Wake up, no one forced this woman to have six children, so no one but her and her husband should bear the grunt of raising them.

The Gosselins had plenty of help from different corporations - stroller companies, diaper companies, formula companies, clothing companies, etc. They got everything they needed for those children for free (even before their crazy show), yet they still continue to put their hands out asking for more. How would you like it if your tax dollars went to fund two lazy, greedy, LIARS when they could have went to someone in actual need?!

I have a huge problem with people going on speaking engagements and taking money from those less fortunate than themselves under the guise of charity. Talk about the ultimate display of sin and greed. For the sake of their children, I can’t wait until they reach that awkward age where kids become bratty and less cute. Then their gravy train will be derailed and they might actually have to work some legitimate jobs. Kate Gosselin’s legacy will be a child labor law protecting children on realty shows, just watch. Those kids are going to be developmentally screwed down the line.

These people are such con-artist and if you can’t see it either you are blind or you don’t know the back story on these guys. I suggest you do some research from the beginning, back when she was preg. and I think you will see why there are so many people not buying this whole J&K situation. It is so horrible what they have done to the poor grandparents, other relatives and close friends.

i have enjoyed the show before but i am losing interest in it, maybe because the children are getting older. if they did try and get government money (post 62) shame on them! nobody forces a person to take fertility treatments and i disagree with taxpayers having to subsidize them in any way, shape, or form. i knew that kate stopped being a nurse to take care of the children, but i thought jon had a job?

i absolutely adore john and kate and there children. There kids are just soo adorable. yeah mady may be a bit bratty a times but what 8 year old isnt. its ridiculous that you even have to say anything rude about an 8 year old.. grow up. im such a big fan of the show. kate is an amazing mom and john is such a great father. they’re doing there absolute best at raising there kids. if you dont like the show well turn the channel its that easy. people who honestly come on here and have nothing nice to say is obviously jealous and wish that they had this opportunity. anyways i love ur show and i hope ur on for many many more years..=]

Does anybody know what TLC pays them????? Just curious, I could make a reality show if TLC is interested, call it 4 after 40!!!!! Come on, I would love to get paid for being a mom once in awhile in cash. And I would stay in my small house in a bean field in North Carolina, because NOTHING is going to change our lives like some.

It seems like Jon and Kate are reading all the articles about them, and are trying to do damage control. Kate made a statement about people not thinking they are really working. She said she has to laugh at these comments. She said they are doing a lot of public relations work and writing a new book, and this is considered hard work. Well Kate, the comments are true and you trying to do damage control will not change my opinion of you. I mean about the episode of the yard sale, and the trip to Tennessee to help the children at St. Judes.. Who was donating the toys, the Gosselins or Walmart. This is too little, too late. It is true about your children being exploited. The way the economy is nowdays, you moving to a $1.3 million house will be nothing but a disaster. The house and yard look very deserted. There will probably be no other children to play with. This is not a good situation. When the show is cancelled, I doubt that this mini mansion will be able to be maintaned. All the numerous free trips will be cut off too. This will impact the children, who probably think they are entitled to these trips. There will be a lot of trouble in the future.

I do not have a problem with the gosselins - they are simply reeping the rewards of their situation! I feel that by doing the show etc, they are able to provide more for their kids, than they would have been able to. Also, if they didn’t do it then their would still be alot of secret public curiosity about them and other high order multiple families. No one criticizes parents for letting their kids act on commercials, so why do we have the right to criticize them?! I feel it is there life and the should lead it to their best ability:)

Exploiting is those who enter little girls in pageants and they tell them how to smile/walk/look/ put tons of makeup on them and drive them all over the states getting upset and mad when they dont win or they dont smile right. Mothers who spend 1,000 a month on shoes or a dress for a girl to wear for 3 hours, blah blah blah!

@lia: you are extra lame if mary is jodi than who better to give a first hand account of the scam that they’re runnig why would kate not want jodi to get paid when jodi’s kids and home and marriage was being put on display as well why would kate want to take potential blessings and opportunities that paying jodi could have meant for her kids i’ve have listened to kate whine about how she can’t just go and buy herself clothes cause they have to use all the resources to raise the kids you can’t tell me having ten incomes from the show alone not counting book deals dvd sales tv itnerviews and magazine articlesis enough to provide for the family i hope the kids have trust accounts to pay for the therapy they are going to need

Your show is so awesome. I cant believe that they are already five years old. I just watching this last year and I already love them. They are one the the top two showes that I love if not the best. I have to say that Hannah and Leah are my two favorite out of the Sixtuplets. Cara I love her because she is always layed back. But sometime like normal people have some problems or tantrums. John I cant believe that you did that and for that long you could have just gotton a divorse and be over with it but no I have to go and sneek around and lie about every thing to your WIFE AND KIDS. Kate I think that your awesome and you should keep up the good work. You are so good with the kids and I hope to be like you if I have kids.(Just not that many). You maybe had some bad times but everybody should respect you ALOT more than your husband. Kate you should really keep up the good work I know that it is not that easy.
