Tom Cruise: I Came Across As Arrogant
Tom Cruise has publicly admitted wrong three years after his lashing out against Today show’s Matt Lauer while talking about prescription drugs. (He criticized Brooke Shields for taking anti-depressants and told Matt he was glib and didn’t know about psychiatry.)
Tom said during today’s morning segment of Today, “I thought about it a lot. It was a subject matter that was important. And now it’s being debated in the public, which it should be. But looking at it, it’s not what I had intended. It came across as arrogant. That’s one of those things I could have handled better.. It’s not the person I am… I learned a lesson. I learned a really good lesson.”

I love TC not Lauer. Finally poor NBC network is getitng some ratings since on primetime ABC pounds them badly and on cable news Fox news rule and they are last.
The only thing Tom is sorry about is letting his guard down and letting his true beliefs out.

The Christmas box office winners are Marley and Me and Bedtime Stories. Pitt’s movie should beat Cruise especially that its a Golden Globe and possibly Oscar contender. Its embarassing if a critically acclaimed movie loses to Valkyrie.

Don’t believe it! Would like to, because I like many others thought he was great…once. The only way he will truely be able to redeem himself is to publicly denounce Scientology. Most people know that they are wrong before they even say what they’re thinking….. Given that…when you know you’re wrong, do you think about whether or not you should admit it for 31/2 years. Well, I believe the biggest reason for his downfall is not what he said on Today .
I think his relationship with Katie Holmes has cost him everything. No one likes her, no one trusts her, she’s lazy, sloppy, and a golddigger. Funny, everyone else except Tom seems to know that.
If Tom had not started seeing her, this would have never happened. I bet if he dumped her and keep his future relationships private like he used to , he could repair his image somewhat. He’ll never be where he was when he met Katie Holmes because too much damage has been done.
He should drop her like a hot potato. I can’t believe he is still with her. From Mimi and Nicole and Penelope to Katie Homely……it’s like living in paradise all your life then going to live in a landfill after that.
