Angelina Jolie takes the January 2009 cover of Germany’s Comopolitan. Interview highlights as follows:
On finding time for her family, acting career and commitment as a UN ambassador: “Well, I do take my time outs. And most of all I do receive support from Brad [Pitt]. We are a good team. That is important to me and gives me strength… I cannot sit quietly while others die of hunger and children. My commitment for the United Nations I do not want to abandon. The play has no greater priority. In February, I still turn a movie, then I suppose one years off.”
On surviving each day without a nervous breakdown: “I’m very disciplined. I have a balanced diet and among other things I do Pilates. If I’m fit I feel more comfortable and I do have a lot more energy.”
On playing the role of a mother in Changeling, whose son disappears without a trace: “Just the idea of such a possibility made me go completely crazy. Initially, I wanted to cancel it. But the strength and self abandonment of this woman made be accept the role.”

a total fan @ 12/22/2008 at 2:09 pm Not humorous just logic. She may not have needed to exercise before but having children does alter your figure so it only makes sense that she would excersie to keep fit and healthy for her family.
No I am talking in recent interviews, when she was last in LA. She was asked how she got back in shape after the twins - she said she didn’t exercise that having children kept her in shape. But now it’s I like a healthy diet and doing pilates and staying fit.

She’s done everything from crappy Oscar Bait (“A Mighty Heart” and “Changeling”), to dumb fun action pictures (“Gone in 60 Seconds” and “Wanted”), to even movies you never thought she’d be a part of (“Shark Tale” and “Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow”). There’s a big difference between your films and her films, just as there’s a big difference between her public persona and yours.

Okay here is another honest post. AJ is a beautiful amazing woman. She knows her truth and lives by it. AJ is the highest paid actress in Hollywood yet found the time to be a humanitarian and Mother to 6 adorable children. She does not whine about her lot in life but goes out there to help others and be of service through her UN Ambassadorship or her various foundations. AJ is not a saint nor aspire to be one. She is simply a woman living her life as we all should. You might not like her, but you cannot ignore her and thus this is why she is at the top of her game, personally and professionally.

That interview seems to be culled from several interviews and at the imagination of the writer. They do that in some of these publications. Stick an old picture on the cover and write a story around it.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are reportedly debating on whether to tie the knot this Christmas. Sources claim the couple, who have allegedly agreed to wed if a prenup is in place, is undecided on if they should plan a Christmas wedding.
“Angelina proposed to Brad recently and suggested a Christmas wedding. When Brad insisted they hold off, Angelina put him on a major guilt trip by telling him the kids want them to be married,” says an insider. Brad thinks a wedding right now it biting off more than they can chew. He would like to slow down and go through some couples counseling.”

Brad Pitt has reportedly turned down a marriage proposal from Angelina Jolie.
Angelina - who raises six children with the actor - is said to be desperate to wed, but Brad wants to attend couples counseling before they tie the knot.
A source told National Enquirer magazine: “Angelina proposed to Brad recently and suggested a Christmas wedding. When Brad insisted they hold off, Angelina put him on a major guilt trip by telling him the kids want them to be married.
“Brad thinks a wedding right now is biting off more than they can chew. He would like to slow down and go through some couples counseling. But Angelina is insisting they get married before they adopt again or have another biological baby.”
It has also been claimed 33-year-old Angelina is undergoing fertility treatments in a bid to conceive a second set of biological twins with Brad, 45.
A source said: “Angelina’s doctors told her she has a strong chance of conceiving twins if she does it within two years after having her first pair. She has been seeing a fertility doctor regularly. She and Brad are monitoring when she is fertile. And they are trying really hard in the bedroom!”
