Kanye West Parody Flames Pitch Auto-Correction
A new Kanye West parody has been unleashed, titled “Kevye West: 808’s and Expirations Dates (Guac Lockdown)” (an obvious pun on Kanye’s latest album, 808s and Heartbreak).
The video’s description reads: “Pitch auto-correction and a simple beat can make anything chart-worthy; even a freestyle about guacamole and expired milk.”
Check it out below — the tape over the sunglasses is genius!
For a live performance of Kanye performing “Heartless” on SNL, check out DailyMotion. His pitch vocal auto-correctors reportedly weren’t functioning properly that performance.

I like this vid because it makes a statement. I am so sick of auto-corrected vocals. This vid pokes fun of people who can’t sing and make recordings with their voices “fixed” to sound like they can actually hold a note. Kanye West is a big example of a vocal fake that uses that crap.
