OlderBrad Pitt: Being With Angelina Jolie is a Natural Direction
Brad Pitt reveals just how much portraying the backwards-aging title character in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button has colored his perspective on his varied life. Sitting down with the L.A. Times, Brad shares new insights:
On age versus youth: “Once you hit 40, you start reexamining the math of it all… I’ll trade wisdom for youth any day.”
On finding real love: “It’s a tragedy in the sense that any love involves loss, and that’s the risk you take. And the greater the love, the greater the loss. I certainly feel that now with the woman I’m with, and the children that I have. But whatever the course may be, this time together is extraordinary.”
On how being with Angelina Jolie changed his life: “I had a whole other life and I got to experience a lot. And I probably got away with more than I should. And it kind of ran its course, you know, it kind of hit a dead end. [Fatherhood is] the direction I always thought I would go in. But not until, with Angie and it felt like a natural evolution, a natural direction.”
On his work as an actor: “I don’t have to grope as much for the character… I can get there quicker, so it’s not as much trial and error. Also, as I get older, more experiences, I’m more fine-tuned in what I’m after, what I think speaks in the piece. And lastly I want to hurry and get home to my kids.”

Wow Brad that was really beautiful..That’s how i always felt with husband & children, I’m so happy you found happiness,and so did I with my second husband. What a beautiful thing , i hope a lot of people to find the right one you know you’ll be in love forever, I’m on 25yrs..and still so much in love, I call it fate in my case..

This latest interview with Brad Pitt shows another example of how he keeps morphing into the male ( or bi ) opposit of his partner at that time. Researching him from the beginning with Julliette Lewis on, he never once failed to make a very similiar statement about being with each of them. I truly pity Mr. Pitt, who strikes me as a perpetual narcissistic Peter Pan. I also pity Mz. Jolie who fell for the charactor he portrayed in MAMS, and i am sure she will not be so enamoured with the real Mr Pitt once it surfaces. If he were so sincere, caring, and compassionate as he pretends to be ….. he’d have handled his affiar with Jolie while married to anyone at that time, in a more galant and moral manner. It’s always been about publicity for him. Ms Jolie on the other hand has been obviously looking for love…. unconditional love that will last forever; something she’s never known or accepted as being real. I don’t hate either of them, but rather pity them for trying the wrong way to get what i have found decently with my soul mate. I wish that for her as well…but i’m sure it’s not going to be with Pitt….who is twelve years her senior ….. daddy image? who knows

I’m always suprised, how some poeple think they know a celebrity. In this case Pitt & Jolie. It’s unbelievable and I honestly don’t know what Anniston did to deserve such comment’s. I guess she should have been happy, that her husband found the love of his life. With somebody else. I hope, you will know this joy first hand.

Brad is very much in love with Angie and the family to the extend that he is so scared of losing them in one day. If he is not scared, this will not come to his mind. To easy make you understand, for example, you are a car lover, you just bought a car of your life, you will protect that car as much as you can, because you are afraid some accident will happen and you will lose or damage the car. If you bought a second hand car that it does not matter to you, will you have the same thought, you will say, no matter what, so be it, it is so cheap anyway, I’ll get another one. See, Angie and the kids are Brad’s LIFE. if something happens, I could not imagine his state of mind or ……I can guarantee, he will be devastated.

Yeah, it’s pretty obvious Brad left the FRIVOLOUS Aniston for more meaningful life, isn’t it. He took wisdom (Angelina) over ‘youth’ (the FAKE one, of Aniston). Very wise choice, and the world sees it. It hurts you so.

Yesterday Billy Bush said on AH if there is one movie you see on X -MAS day make it CCBB. Billy didn’t mention anyother movies. Just CCBB. Ben Lyons said basically the same thing about Button.
This was so random. This morning on CNN on their new crawl. Well it doesn’t crawl. And I don’t like it. Back to the point. I looked up and it simply said something like BB a great movie. A good movie. I don’t remember exactly which one as I was doing something and was just shocked to even see it there.
There were no previous statements concerning BB just that one. That is why I said it was so random. BB is getting recognized for its greatness. It will do well over the long haul. I can’t wait to see it. Peace
Brad and Angelina are about their family. Let’s celebrate the love they found and stop engaging in fights with haters. Everyone deserves to find true love.

The video you saw of his wanting kids was made when he was promoting O-12, after making MAMS with Angie, and after seeing how empty his life was without a family with kids. Brad was honest, allowing the cracks in his life to show, displaying some of his inner pain. Sometimes this happens to us all no matter how hard we try to hide out true feelings.
Now he is quite honest and open about how he feels about his life with Angie and their kids, how much he totally loves them, worries about them (which he has said over and over) . This is exactly how one should feel about those who are most important to him.
Being honest does not make him a liar or a jerk, it makes him a human being who is saying what he is feeling about his past life and his present life and about the most loved people in his life.
I am happy for Brad that he expressing just how happy he is these days, and that Angie and their kids are his #1 priority. That is how it should be.
He said much the same in his Charlie Rose interview last night. Angie and their family are his ALL.
It obviously pains you to see how much Brad loves Angie. You should be asking yourself why that is the situation in your life. Jealous maybe in a sick way are you?
Love is love and is wonderful to behold.
