why so much hate for Christina? I’m actually surprised how people can be so hateful and mean. She sounds really good.
If she showcases her voice, she’s oversinging; if she doesn’t she’s trying to copy everyone else.
Please. While she may not be the prettiest girl on the planet (and she has managed to transform herself into a porn-star-look-alike over the years), you at least have to admit she’s a hardworking, admirable woman. she writes her songs, she puts a lot of work in her albums, and has an amazing voice and terrific range.

WOW! Whoever is saying taht she has no talent is obviously deaf. Seriously. This song isn’t the best but she has a lot more talent in performing than anyone you guys compared her too. If Britney sang a capella, people would throw tomatoes, laugh and point. Britney is a corporate machine designed to make a crapload of money. She is not talented where it counts. She’s a trainwreck that people enjoy watching. She never sings LIVE because her voice is bad. She’s a mediocre dancer but hey at least she’s not a terrible dancer, that’s something. She could have been a decent stripper. What does she do on stage? She lipsyncs while dancing in very little clothing. Is that talent? Christina sang Beautiful on CNN Heroes not too long ago. She sang it LIVE and did a beautiful job, pun intended. I’d like to see Britney do something like that. Oh wait, she can’t sing her way outta paper bag.
No, Christina may not dance on stage well. She may not dress well. She may choose bad songs from time to time. She may try to emulate other styles and maybe other artists but at least she can sing. You can rip her every way from Sunday but the fact is that she can sing and sing well. That is indisputable. She has earned the right to call herself a singer. I respect her as such. She has a four-octave vocal range. What does Britney have? She has a huge fortune based on nothing but gyrating and lipsyncing on stage. In the studio, her voice is pimped to the max with autotuners and CG technology and even her album versions don’t sound great. That’s pathetic. She’s the world’s biggest selling stripper. I can see why Madonna is her idol. She’s not a good singer either and they both dance. But, give Jack his jacket. At least Madonna sings LIVE some of the time. Too bad Stripney doesn’t do that. She can’t or maybe she can because her starfu*ker fans would still pay to see her sound like garbage. I guess after sniffing garbage for so long, it starts to smell like pot pourri after awhile.
