Christina Aguilera - “Falling In Love Again” Lyrics
A new Christina Aguilera song has been leaked out called “Falling In Love Again (Can’t Help It).” It’s featured in The Spirit (in theaters now) with Scarlett Johansson and Eva Mendes. Check it out below!
“Falling In Love Again” Lyrics
Falling in love again I never wanted to
What am I to do, I can’t help it
Love has always been my game
Play it how I may
I was made that way I can’t help it
Men cluster to me like moths around a flame
And if their wings burn I know I’m not to blame
Falling in love again I never wanted to
What am I to do I can’t help it

she doesnt wear her wedding ring..ooo taboo! omg. xtina usually doesnt wear it so get over it. god its not a big deal.
The song’s from a soundtrack of a film with a 1930’s setting with anachronisms like internet. So they picked a 1930’s bad-girl-in-a-nightclub song with an anachronistically modern style. It’s not “rip off,” it’s “allusion”. Take a lit class.
Not that I think Ms. Aguilera had anything to do with literary devices, but she did crank out the best version of this song yet.
I really love this song - I think it is fabulous because it is such an experimental song not only testing the range of Aguilera’s voice i.e. not being powerful and belty but I also love the fact it is the song Marlene Dietrich sang in Der Blaue Engel…so I can completely understand the meaning behind it.
For those who haven’t seen the blue angel it is a fabulous 1930’s film which shows the sad psychological downfall of a man (Emil Jannings)through the use of a woman(Marlene Dietrich) who says after his suicide that ’she can’t help it’ if she chooses to lead men on and that it is just the way that she is.
I can understand why people would not actually like this song because not everyone is a big Aguilera fan but hey we can’t like everything in this world. Plus we don’t know her personally so I don’t think it is fit for us to make judgement over whether she is a nasty or nice person- she is a very intelligent woman who has her name to alot of music which is cleverly and well made. The same could be said for Britney Spears and Beyonce - they know how to sculpt their craft and use it to their advantage.
I know that Xtina takes time out to have a break between her albums and she is somewhat a perfectionist but I can’t wait for her new album.
So what if Lady Gaga is out there and people are saying Xtina is copying her?…Keeps Getting Better was released September 2008 and it quite clearly hinted at the direction of the new album months before Lady Gaga became a world sensation. Gaga has her own style of music and aside from music she is a fashion artist but she concerns herself with alot of contemporary styles and goes for edgier looks which do make her different. Xtina borrows her styles from all sorts of other influences - it is strange how two very different people can be compared in such a way.
peace and love
I love this song. It’s great. I hope the new album sounds like this.
Wow!
i dont think bagging on anyone no matter how much you dont like them is anything close to the deffinition of intelligent. you should re-read what you guys wright. you all sound like my brother, and boy does he have issues. people do what they want, and commenting on how much you hate it on a public site haha, especially when you all make your selves sound like people who have a bone to pick.. well let me just say it sounds quite… petty. not to mention that its just a song and they are just the people singing it.
i really feel quite bad for celebrites. its music, its a hobby, not something you should judge so harshly. sure they make bad decisions, look at michael jackson, but they are all people and its because the world is watching them so closly they feel pressured. for example, take the worst thing YOU have ever done in life and pretend for a moment that you just became a celebrity today. all the paparazzi and news crews are going to dig into your past, find that horrible thing you did YEARS ago, and bring it into the public making you look bad. its personal stuff, and most of it not even true. even michael jackson was an AMAZING artist, no matter how bad he messed up his life, he will always be the king of pop. its one thing to have a civilized conversation criticizing ones work, and a completely different one when your just harping on someone because you individually dont like them.
its the same with painters. you can look at a painting and say its not very well done, but you dont see most people going online and saying stuff like “such a copy cat, what a *****!,” and my favorite all time most un-intelligent use of words!!! the sentance “epic fail.”
petty, but of coarse im SURE your favorite artists (or not so favorite in this case) would LOVE some conductive critique.

You should probably know that most female pop artists copy Madonna. From Rihanna to Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefanie and yes even Beyonce. So, don’t go hating on Christina Aguilera just because Madonna set the bar, broke all the rules because now there is nothing left but imitation.
