John Mayer: New Year’s With Jennifer Aniston!
John Mayer arrives at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Friday (December 26) with his two brothers — Carl (older, inset) and Ben (younger, not pictured).
The 31-year-old musician spent Christmas on the East Coast while girlfriend Jennifer Aniston spent Christmas Eve with Friends BFF Courteney Cox in L.A. Looks like Mayer and Aniston will be ringing in the new year together on the West Coast!
Aniston’s Christmas Day release of Marley & Me raked in $14.75 million in ticket sales, breaking the previous record of $10.2 million set by 2001’s Ali.

The Book was popular, it’s about a dog. It’s no surprise it was a hit, there are millions of dogs lovers that will see the film just because of the mutt. Billionaire Oprah probably bought $14 million worth of tickets.
Of course the JM die hard fans will believe it’s believe of the great actress in the lead role….whatever.

I could write for two hours on this, and not repeat myself once. JJ really isn’t the place, but I appreciate your interest. It will get brought out. Have you noticed how “vanilla” Jen has been ?…..WHY ?….the reality of her life is elsewhere……….what I am talking about is “reality”. The huge amounts of money (hundred and millions even billions in some cases) and creative control, is creating illegal nepotistic, political, personality games and wars behind the scenes in the Academy. Before this was not to do with Jen, directly until……… ………..but Jen is now part of it. That is the problem. That is why DISPOSABLE HIRED HANDBAG STOOGE is there…….like a lost “ghost”.
If Aniston is so popular, answer these questions:
1) Why did it take her two years to land a part in a movie?
2) Why can’t Traveling find a distributor?
3) Why is Management being released overseas and not in the US? (Is it because it bombed at the Toronto film festival?)
4) Why was HJINTY postponed twice since it’s original planned release date last summer?
and finally…
5) Why does Aniston have no new movies planned or projected? Angelina starts filming in February; Brad has at least three coming up. If Aniston is so popular, why can’t she get any more movie parts?

4) They are tying HJNTIY in with Valentine’s Day.

Here we go again., comparing movies that are nothing alike and are geared to a different type of audience. This is not a competition people. Yes, the dog is the real star of the movie, but Aniston is playing to HER audience. She’s made a career of playing to a certain audience. Until she made The Break Up with Vince Vaughn, she had never been the lead in a movie that cost over 50 million dollars to make She doesn’t take chances, she sticks to what she knows. She’s not making expensive movies, so it’s easier for them to be termed successful. Having said that, her movies can never be called classics, most are not thought provoking. It would be nice for a change if she did something out of her comfort zone.
If Aniston thought of besting Pittt as much as her fans do, she’d be neurotic. For some fans to feel this overwhelming elation as if Aniston’s movie success is somehow a reflection of them is silly. At the end of the day they all get paid per movie no matter what the box office numbers are. She’ll continue making safe movies and Pitt will continue to be versatile in his movie choices. To each their own.
BTW I really love when people say then saw TCCOBB when they really haven’t seen it. They just want to diss the movie. That is so childish.

I looked at this years 2008 box office grosses
and alll three angelina movies made the list.
two of them are in the top twenty percent.
There are pictures of them from dinner last night in L.A. on X17online.

Jen and john are fakes. He just got signed to do some show. she had a movie to promote so they use each other. This is logical b/c no woman in thier right mind would take a man back after not only being dumped but also being humiliated infront of the media.
Her declarations are very telling “trust me that man will never do that again?” is that right Jen? do you really think in your slightly delusional mind that this man that is using you the way you use him will be that faithful as to not say a word when you break up ofter the next movie premiere (some are betting it will be before then)?
those words are telling of a woman who has taken her man by the balls and then spew out sonnets about how she loves him. She uses John…thats the bottom line. John don’t mind.. its sex without the work..by eventually someone he is truly attracted to for the right reasons will catch his eye then where will Jen be?
John is going to latch on to someone who is not looking for anything from him and does not need him for any publicity.. He will meet someone that will have his child with no pretenses but wil share in his joy of bringing life into this world that connects the two. and then Joh will write his best song…about the real and true love of his life and the child they had together …his best work will come from growing up spiritually mentally and emotionally in knowing that the person that is his soulmate is a person that makes the rest of the world disappear from view once they come into his line of vision. the one that helps him see he does not need the media and loves the true john.. the one from the days of old.. the days when his innocence was his shining star…he will meet that person once he stops playing games when hes alone.. Its that gut feeling that will hit him each time..the question that lingers in his head…When I’m gone what legacy do I leave? alegacy of woman and family that could care less about the glitz and glamour ..one that appreciates, motivates, inspires without saying a word…even when shes not with him. Its the one that inspires his mental awareness to a plethora of “Pay it forward” episodes that dont get played out in front of the media.
John is about to meet that person soon…and sadly she will have passed him by b/c of what most people call “sliding Dorrs” he picked the wrong door by being with Jen.
hopefully he will make a new years resolution to be true to the person who he is deep inside.. the one is that is dying to get out.. the one with no pretense.. no agenda…just hope and endurance to move forward positively in the right light..

First off, Imdb is often times late with info and incorrect. Second of all, I don’t read the tabloids. I read Variety and The Hollywood Reporter which are trade publications. It was Variety that ran the aricle on Jen and Gerard Butler doing Bounty Hunter with Sony Pics with a May start date. And like I said, it was Jen who announced on Regis & Kelly the release dates for Traveling and Management. Don’t believe everything you read on Imdb.
And yes, after working on 4 films in a row, I grant you Rumor Has It and Derailed were not the biggest hits however, Friends with Money was a small independent film that made it’s budget back and The Break Up grossed $119 Million domestic and $230 Million worldwide.
So in the 2 years she took off, she did a one night Broadway show for a benefit, she guest starred on Courtney Cox’s show Dirt, and worked with SmartWater as spokesperson. She also won the People’s Choice Award for Favorite Female Movie Star for The Break Up.
And honey, a question for you……how many financially successful films has Nicole Kidman had? You talk about turkeys……the list is endless.
