Katie Holmes Whips Out The Winter Shorts
Katie Holmes whips out the See Thru Soul winter shorts once more before 2009, leaving her New York City apartment for the Gerald Shoenfeld Theater on Sunday afternoon (December 28).
The 30-year-old actress had another matinee performance to do for Arthur Miller’s play All My Sons. Katie kept warm in a gray Marc Jacobs scarf and carried around her Blackberry Bold.
BTW, Tom Cruise, Valkyrie screenwriter Christopher McQuarrie and director Bryan Singer gave a recent interview to the LA Times that you might want to check out.

Tom’s movie came in fourth. Not exactly a great success and anyone who thinks her outfit is anything but a joke is delusional. She stuck her hands in each drawer of her wardrobe and pulled something out. A four year old could do a better job. what a joke.
she would look 90 percent less stupid if she left off the stirrup type hose. Heck converse tennis shoes would have been an improvement.

She used to look decent. People have observed that she seems to look increasingly worn with Tom. Her recent attire in New York proves she is also looking nuttier. There is fashion that pushes the envelope or is edgy, but THIS get-up is neither of those. It looks plain dumb.

Normaly I do not like the way she dresses but on the contrary to most of the people here today, I do like her look. It reminds of kate Moss but she wears it with high boots…yes I like it! and despite normaly her legs look like tree truncks, not nowadays! I don’t know if she eats though!

It’s not just the clothes,but the spaced out look on her face. Methinks she’s trying to do the Posh look, but she ends up looking like Courtney Love.

She wears outrageous outfits whenever Suri isn’t around for attention.

I don’t care what you guys think of katie, I think she looks great and stylist, at least is not boring looking, somebody have to bring out some sense of style. I like how katie put together her outfits.
It might looks different in some one’s eyes but to me she is stylist .

i agree with you on the peep-toed shoes dilemma. lol. i also find them amusing as to who wears them, and think they look good. Kim Vo the stylist said once, that was the biggest ” fashion blunder “, is peep-toed shoes. very few toes look great sticking out of an inch opening. most have that longer middle toe, and it sticks out first, like you said earlier. lol. poor katie! she is certainly struggling to remain ” cool and popular”, in a hateful world. she lost that edge moving to new york. like a high schooler trying to remain popular and good-looking at a reunion. She is trying way to hard. she has lost herself.

HEY ” DANI “…..( NUMBER # 76 )…I DO AGREE With you !!!!!!…( as always )…..It is just sometimes I feel sorry for her….She seemed to have a great stylist in L.A., BUT, when she arrived in New York, everything wnet by the wayside a little……I know alot of my friends LOVE those peep-toed shoes, and will wear NOTHING ELSE…. I hate them, and find them funny looking…..I agree with the stirrup pant issue also…..Save those for the ballerina’s and dancers and yoga work-outs…….I would NEVER wear them in public…( do NOT have any ), and I’m not that heavy….5′7.5 and weigh 128 lbs….My legs are toothpicks, BUT I carry my excess weight at the waistline…..I have seen severly obese women over the Holiday’s wear these things with t-shirts, hanging down right above the navel…WHY?????
I see your point though…….I don’t think Katie has had a ” mentor ” of anything, since she came to New York……BUT, with everyone picking apart her fashion diasters, she STILL continue’s to wear what she thinks look good on her…..I can pick out a cute top or pants or a pair of shoes or boots, that look good on her, but when she mixes these things, she falls flat……Maybe when she gets home to L.A., things will get better….Her warmer clothes wardrobe was better ( last year pictures ) ( before new york )….HAPPY NEW YEAR, DANI !!!!
