OlderBalthazar Getty Booted From ‘Brothers & Sisters’
Balthazar Getty hides under his purple hoodie as he catches a flight to Mexico via LAX airport in Los Angeles on Saturday (December 27).
It’s rumored that the 33-year-old actor will soon get the boot from ABC’s Brothers & Sisters. According to E!, Balthazar and producers are working on a storyline that would phase him out of the show.
Balthazar reportedly has few friends left among the cast and crew of Brothers & Sisters because he started dating Sienna Miller while still married to Rosetta, the mother of his four children.
His rep has denied these rumors that Balthazar is leaving the show.
UPDATE: EW reports that producers aren’t renewing Balthazar’s option as a full-time series regular next season. He might stay on the show as a recurring guest star.

So why did you say in the title that he got the boot, but in the last paragraph, you mention that his rep denied it? *roll*
Hmmm… I think he’s a scumbag for what he did to his wife with Sienna Miller, but would that be why he’d be fired? Or would it be because he’s been acting like a total prima donna, and not “playing nice” with cast mates? I hope it’s the latter. Since when has Hollywood fired someone for immoral behavior? That would be beyond ironic. If he’s fired, it might be due in large part to the fact that we, the audience, are having an increasingly hard time buying Balthazar Getty as nice-guy-Tommy Walker.

He’s suppose to be very difficult to work with. He arrives to the set late - often in foul moods and forgets his lines.

I’m not watching B&S regularly, but he’s definitely the weakest actor in the show. And there are really no words left about his behavior towards his wife…
