Charles Barkley Arrested For DUI
Basketball star Charles Barkley was arrested early Wednesday in Arizona on suspicion of drinking and driving.
The 45-year-old former NBA player reportedly ran a stop sign in the Old Town section of Scottsdale at about 1:30 a.m. Gilbert police Lt. Eric Shuhandler says police pulled Barkley over, took him to a DUI mobile processing center (see picture), and administered a blood test after declining to submit to a breath test. After Barkley was processed, he was cited and left in a cab.
Barkley played 16 NBA seasons for the Philadelphia 76ers, Phoenix Suns and Houston Rockets.
This might spoil his plans to become governor of his home state of Alabama in 2014. In October, he announced that he would be a candidate!

I don’t think he’s active these days. He hasn’t been active since he retired as a NBA player.
Why do all players always getting in trouble all the time? Need to find something to do with themselves.

i may be wrong but i doubt it will always rule and maor hunh hes better than a mayor the way he speaks his mind he should be in office take this one charles no ones perfect and it was only a dui wich is better than totaly wasted ur buddy bmac
im sorry mayor governor its all good i wasnt shocked to hear this cause the man is grown made a grown decision to drink a few and not get to wasted then drove while still functioning trying to do things on ur own dont want a driver in ur buisness all the time i could see if he was saucy good thing i bet he was polite to all the officers this guys a realy good guy i hope everyone puts this behind them. god bless
Anyone who finds humor in this is just an ass hole! He has a wife and a daughter and they are both GREAT women! No doubt, they are both suffering. Have a heart!
