Daniel Craig Celebrates New Year’s Eve in St. Bart’s

Satwhosywhatsy can head up her own production co or fashion line, with Daniel’s $$ of course, BUT if she is not liked by the public, and they percieve her to be a *****, and there is some of that out there now, FOR WHATEVER REASON, then she can have all the money and with a horrible reputation, her product will NOT fly- no. one will buy it.

IF she is talentsed and produces good work- they maybe that will be able to override and overcome and bad public feelings-

BUT IF she has a nasty repuation and people know that she is just using Daniel and his money to move on up, then she better have some AMAZING talent, besides making travel and restaurant reservations!!

She BETTER be able to stand ON HER OWN!!
Not fly on Daniel’s coattails!!

Give Daniel a break. He worked hard this past year, he deserves a good holiday and it’s great that he brought his family and friends along. He is still the great Daniel we all love, just because he eats chips and has a few drinks does not make him a “bad” guy. I still love you Daniel, have a great holiday but dump Satswhatisit and then everything will be great with you.

sorry, but i don’t think so. daniel had a pretty good acting career going before bond came along. you should know that there were people here in los angeles who were totally convinced that taking on bond was the worst mistake pierce brosnan could make. apparently, some these people tried to convince him not to take the role.

but guess what they were wrong. pierce has a very good career going after bond. he did not fizzle out. all daniel will need is the right part after the end of bond. don’t you know that ‘they” judge your success as an actor they look at your last role first.

as for his behavior; he’s not the first actor to make a complete fool out of himself and bounce back. look at russell crowe and robert downey jr. these two men have to be the poster boys of bad behavior.

As the saying goes “couples that play together stay together” these 2 play very well together and if they create a company and work together it will be a sure success. He is trying to change her image to ensure he success and I am sure the more we hear from her the more eveyone will start to like her right now you are just seeing images. You will get to know her in different ways.

By the way, not saying Sat doesn’t help Dan on the set with whatever, BUT I HAVE CHECKED and gone thru every credit for Quantum of Solace, Defiance and Flashbacks…… NOT ONE CREDIT for Sat. NOT ONE! If she helped dan with his scenes, she would be given credit for it- as a visual consultant.
NOT ONE CREDIT!!! In any of those films…

WHYNOT? IT would help her if she REALLY did work with him, she should be getting credits at the end of the film…

SO maybe she does NOT do those things for him on set. Maybe she does NOT go over the dailies or is his visual consultant.

Daniel has an ASSISTANT for each film, and her name is not up there.
Not as his personal assistant-

And no special thanks to her at the end of the credits…

Just doesn’t make sense if she is doing SO MUCH for him on the films sets.

IF you work on the film, but aer not with the company, YOU GET A THANK YOU credit at the end of the film-

Her name would be listed somewhere in the credits…..even at the end as a special thanks… It doesn’t cost anything to get just one more name up there- ESPECAIILY IF SHE IS TRYING TO BUILD a CAREER as a PRodcuer…but she may not be doing that…I don’t know.

A Film Credit DOES give you crediblity in the industry and you can put
it on your resume… it is imporant if you are trying to climb up or start your own comp.

I mean if I busted butt for my boyfirend/partner and I wanted to SOON have my OWN production company- NOT saying that she does…- but I WOULD WANT at least one measly credit for busting butt and helping my man on the film.

I AM SURE that Dan could have gotten her name listed…AND with DEFIANCE he is Exec Producer so HE DEFINITELY could have gotten her 1 credit…as an assistant, or a THANK YOU credit or something…

In the BOND ON SET book - there is a pic of her with Dan in Chile during the filming of QOS. But upon seeing the film I don’t remember him using a gun (which is what he is rehearsing) during those scenes. [page 103] She is also thanked by the author of the book along with a woman by the name of Laura Symons (?) on page 156.

All sounding bizzaareeeeee!!!!!!!

I am not trying to be mean…
but I am just making an observation and she either has produced films or she hasn’t.
A film Credit Does give credibility to people who are working behind the camera.

It just casts her whole persona as a “flim producer” in a whole different light.

Anyone can get a business made up that says, Sat Mitcvhell, Film Producer” on it.
It doesn’t mean that they are.
