OlderJett Travolta Dead at 16 (John Travolta’s Son)
Jett Travolta, the 16-year-old son of John Travolta has died after suffering a seizure at his family’s vacation home at the Old Bahama Bay Hotel on Grand Bahama Island.
Travolta’s attorney, Michael Ossi, tells Reuters that attempts were made to revive him, but he died at the scene.
Access reports Jett fell and hit his head on a bathtub at the hotel. TMZ reports Jett was taken to the Rand Memorial Hospital.
Travolta, 54, wife Kelly Preston, 46, and their family had been vacationing in the Bahamas. Travolta and Preston also have a daughter, Ella, 8.
Travolta has said Jett suffered from Kawasaki Syndrome (a condition that leads to heart disease in rare cases). Preston has also said Jett suffered from asthma and blamed household cleaners, fertilizers and pesticides for sparking the condition. According to People, she credited a detoxification program based on the writings of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard with helping to improve Jett’s health.

#72–my cousin died after a lenghty seizure at 17. he didnt hit his head on the floor or anything, it wasnt about that, when you have a seizure your brain is being deprived of oxygen. once his seizure stopped he was brain dead and was on life support and had to be taken off.

I wanted to reach out to you in the deepest part of my core explaining to you that I too have lost a son. He died violently three years ago on Jan.4th in Austin, TX after parking his vehicle 7 spaces down from a restaurant. He left in the car a 15 month old baby girl. He walked into the doors of a Chinese restaurant and as he was leaving an SUV can crashing through the front doors of the restaurant. No one else was hurt. He lay dying under the left wheel of the vehicle attempting with his last breath to elcit help from the restaurant staff trying to tell one of the waiters that he had left a baby in the car. No one could understand what he meant. He died 12 minutes later.
I know what it is like to receive a call at 9:30 at night thinking that he was safe only to be told that he was dead. My heart reaches out to you in this tragic time of loss and unexplainable grief and sadness. Your life will never again be the same because he will always be missing. My son was a very private person and died in a very public arena as well. His death was reported as the 2nd fatality of the New Year. He died amid people screaming on their cell phones for help, the sound of sirens blazing, the police, the press and overhead helicopter attempting to “get shots of the scene.” My heart reaches out to you and your wife and daughter in this tragic time of loss so great that it is hard to breathe. John Travolta and Kelly Preston should be arrested and convicted for NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE. They murdered their son. They deserve to rot in prison or get the death penalty for killing Jett with their Scientology.
