Katie Holmes holds her daughter Suri, 2 1/2, as they leave the theater after a performance in NYC on Sunday.
Since moving to the city six months ago, Katie Holmes has reportedly spent a staggering $14 million in New York Page Six claimed.
“While ordinary city dwellers are cutting back, Mrs Cruise has been valiantly doing her bit to boost our economy,” the magazine said. “We tally up a conservative estimate of her 24-week NYC spending spree, and crown her Manhattan’s Most Valued Shopper.”

Unfortunately, Suri will probably suffer the same fate as Jett Travolta. I hope not….her grandparents or aunts and uncles need to kidnap her and fight for custody. They might regret it later if they don’t. Both Cruise’s family and Homely’s family are in DENIAL bad about this relationship. First of all, the theater dressing room is no place to raise a child.
2ndly, disrupting a child’s schedule to keep her away from her warm bed in the middle of freezing cold nights is unbelievably cruel, showing no concerns whatsoever for the child’s well being.

I think Katie Holmes should have done The Stepford Wives instead of Kidman. She is looking more and more robotic as time goes on.

It’s not exactly like going to work and clocking in. Plus all the jitters you have every night until the play is over. That doesn’t just go away. Elizabeth, a lot of actors are on broadway and they don’t look as haggard as she does. She has help–bodyguards, drivers, maid, cook, nanny etc. Most of these actresses and actors on Broadway make a fraction of what Tom Cruise does–like less than a half percent. Many of them, even the well known actors that people come out to see because they have talent, not because they are married Cruise, make very little compared to other salaried positions. Many of them don’t have help, but have husbands and kids.
They manage not to look haggard. All Katie has to do now is show up. And if she wasn’t pimping Suri constantly, she probably could sneak in and out of the apartment and the theater. BUT, no she has to use her little PR pet to get attention.

Second, I say carry that child as long as she will let you. She is only a baby once and if you don’t hold her now when will you. I have a 3 year old little girl and I hold her whenever she wants held!!! If I had paps all around me (which I don’t LOL) I definitely would not let my little princess out of my arms. That’s right, bring in Brangelina and try and start a fight. You know if you read the Brangelina threads there are plenty of criticizers about them carrying their kids too. However, unlike Tom, Brad has stated they carrying them because of the crush of paps and unlike Tom Brad has said several times they try and protect them from the paps and don’t want their kids growing up thinking being surrounding by flash cameras in the norm.
And Suri is cute yes, but so are ALL the Brangelina kids as is Violet Affleck, Ruby McGuire and many more. It is a shame you are so shallow that the only worth a child has is in his or her looks. #128, I know about Bi-Polar disorder, because my husband has it. He is on medication now. But, I lived with it for over 25 years. We even had to file for bankruptsy(sic?). He use to spend money that we did’nt even have by maxing out credit cards and bouncing checks! He finally got help when I threatened to leave him. But, there are so many other symptons that go along with the disease, such as rage and anger, racing thoughts and paranoia. I dont’t see that in Katie.
