Daniel Craig Premieres Defiance in London
THE DEFIANT ONE
Daniel Craig and his longtime love Satsuki Mitchell (in Louis Vuitton) show off their sunkissed glows at the European premiere of his new WWII drama, Defiance, at London’s Odeon Cinema, Leicester Square on Tuesday (January 6) in his native UK.
Defiance is about three Jewish brothers (Craig, Jamie Bell, Liev Schreiber) who escape from Nazi-occupied Poland into the Belarussian forest, where they join Russian resistance fighters and endeavor to build a village in order to protect themselves and others in danger.

I’m confused.
Everyone is chatting and laughing and seem fine with each other . Dan has his hand on Sats back which is a caring gesture so i don’t see how people can say they are a miserable couple and dan and liev had words. certainaly does not look that way.

Liev and Dan seem serious in the video, Satsuki is laughing so either Liev said something funny or her laugh is sarcastic I can’t tell.
They both look gorgeous, relaxed and happy. I’m sure the only reason Satsuki went inside was because it was so cold last night!! Daniel wouldn’t have been much of a gentleman if he had let Satsuki stand outside in the freezing cold whilest he signed autographs and talked to press, would he?? And we all know that Daniel is a gentleman.
As for the kiss, i thought it was tasteful and sweet, not too over the top. What makes me laugh is that everyone was moaning that he never showed her any affection, and when he does start to, you all moan that you don’t want to see it. I guess the poor guy can’t win!!

I have to say when i look at pictures of Satsuki i do not see this ugly woman you all talk about, sorry i just don’t. Satsuki in my opinion is very striking, she has her own unique look. I’ve never noticed this so called ‘adam’s apple’, what i do notice are her beautiful brown eyes and that fantastic smile of hers which seems to light up her whole face. There is something very alluring about Satsuki, she certainly isn’t ugly.
What films has she produced? Just curious! She spends all her time glued to his side these days that I find it inconceivable to believe that she actually does anything!

well, i respect what you say, i think i’ll listen to the opinion of the people were actually there; who lived it. . my mother’s next door neighbor, here in brooklyn, is one of the people saved by bielski brothers. she lived with them in the forest for over two years. she knew the brothers and their wives personally. and here in new york this lady was in and out of tuvia bielski’s home all the time. they were close friends. this lady sees nothing wrong with the film. all this scene you’re talking about indicates that these people were human like the rest of it; nothing more nothing less. her opinion of critics of the film is blunt “you weren’t there. you didn’t live it. so what you think is not important.”
