Zac Efron Voices Adult Swim’s “Robot Chicken”
Zac Efron sheds his goody-two-shoes image to voice the character of lounge singer “Billy Joel” in this new clip from Adult Swim’s animated series Robot Chicken.
In the show, the 21-year-old former High School Musical star beats a sailor over the head with a beer bottle, dumps his body in the ocean and manically laughs about it.
Zac even gets to belt out his own rendition of Billy Joel’s “The Piano Man”! But in the end… his character gets brutally (but amusingly) stabbed to death.

There are pictures on JJ Jr of Zac leaving a Target. Are the paps guessing what he bought from his cart? Or do you suppose they go inside and pay a clerk to dish on what he bought.

I see Karen, Peggy, Kami but some are missing. It makes me very nervous. I know I am not supposed to be but if Zac doesn’t bring Vanessa to the Goldens I’ll be disappointed and nervous. Someone said on another board that couples like come to that show even to just hang out even if they are presenting.
I know I’m going to get it now from the board (Karen and Peggy) but if he’s alone it may something about his wanting to not be in a couple with so many lovely woman around. Is that not a possibility?

Karen and I have been “keeping the faith” in your absence LOL Planning weddings in fun and hard work. I think this Golden Globe stuff has some folks on edge I think since we have no New Year 2009 pixs of Z&V together. I think that’s why Desiree is concerned we hadn’t heard frm you or For Real.
When is the wedding??
I sense that some of you fans, seemingly young children, do not understand about Zac and Vanessa’s relationship. They wish to keep their relationship private.
Private: not for other people to see or know about; secluded, to be alone and not watched, heard, or disturbed by others.
That means you are not part of that relationship.
To guarantee that privacy, Zac and Vanessa go so far as to each take separate cars and meet at a friend’s house. From there they switch to one car and drive over 30 miles to have a normal evening out together. Simply to avoid the paparazzi shots that many of you beg for. It is not their desire to have their relationship speculated about in tabloid newspapers, on television entertainment shows or self-indulgent Internet sites.
They spend ninety nine percent of their time together when they are not working. But what they do in that free time is between them. It is not your or anyone else’s place to worry about their relationship or to dictate what they do and where they go.
That is strictly up to them.
Their relationship is on VERY solid ground.
But, I fear that you children who spend so much time worrying about someone else’s relationship do so because you lack meaning in your own lives.
If it romance you desire, there are many books—romance novels, I believe they are called—that you can read rather than throw yourselves head first into Zac and Vanessa’s personal lives.

Peggy, thanks for your encouragement!! The wedding is in August, but my daughter lives in FL with her fiance, and I’m in Boston! It adds a little factor of difficulty!! But it’s all good. We have the date, the place, the photographer, florist, bakery, and DJ. So, I’d say we’re doing pretty well.
Looking forward to promo pictures from Japan!! Last one….*sniff* I have to admit, I love all the red carpet pics. Gonna miss those!! I just love to see what Vanessa is going to wear next!!
Why are you going to miss the red carpet pixs? We don’t know what we will see tomorrow. Also go to JJJ (I hate saying that!!) Vanessa did a charitabel event today as part of the Golden Globes celebrations (IT SHOULD BE ON JJ!!!)
so it’s pretty reliable to think she got an invitation to attend.
She’s with Taylor Lautner at the event. I wonder if this says something about “New Moon”.

Peggy, that charitable event with Van and Taylor, will increase speculations on Van’s joining the next Twilight series. Taylor’s role is confirmed, but not the other new characters.

desiree, there is no reason to worry about Zac going to the GG’s alone, if that’s what they decide to do. They are very careful about not wanting a lot of exposure together, and the Japan premiere is coming, which means a lot of new pictures. They are very savvy with the media and paps, as For Real as pointed out. Remember, Zac and Vanessa both go to events alone at times; that is a normal thing for all couples!! No worries.
