OlderBrad Pitt Denies Angelina Jolie Affair
Brad Pitt proudly proclaims that his partner Angelina Jolie is NOT a homewrecker. Here’s what the 45-year-old Curious Case of Benjamin Button star had to say in W Magazine’s February A-list issue::
On the public’s misinterpretation of his and Angie’s “affair”:“What people don’t understand is that we filmed [Mr. & Mrs. Smith] for a year. We were still filming after Jen [Aniston] and I split up. Even then it doesn’t mean that there was some kind of dastardly affair. There wasn’t. I’m very proud of the way that it was handled. It was respectful. [The film] will mean something to our kids. It will, that’s all.”
On Aniston’s recent comment that it was “uncool” for Angie to openly state that she and Brad fell in love on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith: “Listen, man, Jen is a sweetheart. I think she got dragged into that one, and then there’s a second round to all of that Angie versus Jen. It’s so created.”
On his current relationship with Jennifer Aniston: “We still check in with each other. She was a big part of my life, and me hers. I don’t see how there cannot be [that]. That’s life, man. That’s life.”
On photographing Angie for W magazine’s November 2008 photo spread: “We have fun working together; these things bring you closer. And let me tell you, it’s really sexy to see your loved one through the lens. I went much further [than the cover shot of Jolie breast-feeding]. I didn’t show those.”
On what motivated his request for photographer Chuck Close, who uses a technique called Daguerrotype that captures every fine line and flaw: “[to not have to be] the guy coming out of the ocean water with his T-shirt wet, even though I’ve done that, too, but have always walked away feeling a little crap about it.”
On how family life has changed him: “I quit smoking. That was the only thing that got me to quit. That was it. Done.”
On gay marriage rights: “People who are against gay marriage do not understand the very freedoms that they themselves are enjoying. What if someone said, ‘Sorry, no Christianity here? No Judaism. Certainly no Mormons.’ No one would stand for that, and I wouldn’t allow anyone to say that either. I’d fight them in the same way.”

As for the “Sweetheart” thing, what’s the big deal? People use it all the time in all kinds of contexts….like, “Oh, she’s not the sharpest too in the shed but she’s a sweetheart”…or “The dog sh*t on the carpet but he’s a sweetheart.”
And someone help me out here, doesn’t she dislike being called “America’s Sweetheart”?
The bottomline is, she’s a non-entity to him.

The tabloids magazines, paparazzi, Pr agents and Jen need the triangle thing to keep going.
Stopping the triangle is bad for business they don’t care who they hurt. That’s why you see Jen still trying to fuel it. Her Pr team has convinced her that she needs this to get back on top.
They told Jen that she needs to take John Mayer back after he dumped her. They told her to take off her clothes off and pose in that low self esteem pose for GQ-that was so wrong.
What I see is Jen being fed the wrong information. Jen doesnt have a brain to understand they are all wrong. Until Jen grows up and grow a brain and stop those sharks from using her as a tool then this will keep going. Jen can stop this **** for good.

Angie has something white with a slit on the side. She looks stunning. Brad looks like old HW. I wish the picture was larger. Are you looking at Extra or the televised show? I saw that GGs Anne Hathaway goof. If that is true someone should get fired. What is the purpose of having the show if the winner is alread known.. You are dead on the money! This is a brilliant post. As much as I’d LOVE to see Brad smack down X…in the end it would be turned against Angie and SHE would suffer the backlash. He really can’t make it anymore clear - he didn’t cheat. He said in Rolling Stone that Angie was one of the most honorable people he’d ever met. THAT should have been a clue to people that she was telling the truth when she said she couldn’t live with herself if she slept with a married man (as in a committed marriage, not a separation!) after what happened to her mother. Once again…it comes down to people simply refusing to believe that HW actors can not only have ethics, but actually live by them.

Brad tells the truth, and The Chin Fans just can’t stand it! They want to keep the pity party going for The Chin. They are an awesome couple with a beautiful Family. Anyone who puts them down, for all they do, are jealous. And, the more they protest…….the more jealous they are (snicker.)
I find the constant discussion of Angelina / Brad / Jennifer to be very tiresome.
To me it is fairly obvious that Angelina and Brad were attracted to each other and fell in love on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
However, falling in love and having an affair are two completely different and separate issues but everyone seems unable (or unwilling) to separate the two.
It seems fairly obvious to me (from interviews with all three) that Brad and Angelina fell in love during filming but because Brad was still married, they did NOT have an affair and did NOT consummate a relationship, until Brad and Jennifer had actually separated.
This seems all perfectly above board to me.
Can we now please move on! My goodness, Billy Crudup hooked up with Claire Danes whilst the mother of his child (Mary-Louise Parker) was seven months pregnant but you never hear people going on and on about that, and that was definitely below the belt.
The problem with the Angelina / Brad / Jennifer triangle is people confusing Jennifer Aniston and Rachel Green. And people being obsessed with Jennifer Aniston as Americas Sweetheart. I also expect that some catty women are very insecure with their self-esteem so have to put Angelina down to booster their own fragile egos.
Given that Angelina has been voted the worlds most beautiful women numerous times, probably leaves some women with a touch of the green eyed monster and they lose the plot and start being really nasty and really bitchy by calling her childish names, like a *****.
For your information, a ***** is somebody who gets paid for sex. And I very much doubt Angelina Jolie would ever need to do that! Girls if you really must insult someone, at least try to be intelligent about it.
And most people have emotional issues growing up, so to constantly throw this back in her face, is just ridiculous. People experience and grow. People change. People move on. That’s life! I am completely different person in attitude, thoughts and feelings, than I was ten years ago. Surely you are too?
To say you hate someone you have never met is a real worry. It certainly says more about you than it does them.

Looks like poor old brad was put out to stud. Now Ms. Center-of-the Universe can get right on with her child-stocking experiment.
Let’s pray she doesn’t experiment with US babies…..she could face a fine!
