OlderBrad Pitt Denies Angelina Jolie Affair
Brad Pitt proudly proclaims that his partner Angelina Jolie is NOT a homewrecker. Here’s what the 45-year-old Curious Case of Benjamin Button star had to say in W Magazine’s February A-list issue::
On the public’s misinterpretation of his and Angie’s “affair”:“What people don’t understand is that we filmed [Mr. & Mrs. Smith] for a year. We were still filming after Jen [Aniston] and I split up. Even then it doesn’t mean that there was some kind of dastardly affair. There wasn’t. I’m very proud of the way that it was handled. It was respectful. [The film] will mean something to our kids. It will, that’s all.”
On Aniston’s recent comment that it was “uncool” for Angie to openly state that she and Brad fell in love on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith: “Listen, man, Jen is a sweetheart. I think she got dragged into that one, and then there’s a second round to all of that Angie versus Jen. It’s so created.”
On his current relationship with Jennifer Aniston: “We still check in with each other. She was a big part of my life, and me hers. I don’t see how there cannot be [that]. That’s life, man. That’s life.”
On photographing Angie for W magazine’s November 2008 photo spread: “We have fun working together; these things bring you closer. And let me tell you, it’s really sexy to see your loved one through the lens. I went much further [than the cover shot of Jolie breast-feeding]. I didn’t show those.”
On what motivated his request for photographer Chuck Close, who uses a technique called Daguerrotype that captures every fine line and flaw: “[to not have to be] the guy coming out of the ocean water with his T-shirt wet, even though I’ve done that, too, but have always walked away feeling a little crap about it.”
On how family life has changed him: “I quit smoking. That was the only thing that got me to quit. That was it. Done.”
On gay marriage rights: “People who are against gay marriage do not understand the very freedoms that they themselves are enjoying. What if someone said, ‘Sorry, no Christianity here? No Judaism. Certainly no Mormons.’ No one would stand for that, and I wouldn’t allow anyone to say that either. I’d fight them in the same way.”

To #44…Brad said in his Rolling Stone interview that he and Angie fell on love during the making of M&MS…..he collaborated what Angie said. But falling in loves does not men it had to be sex involved.

And did you read the part where he said the movie kept filming after the split? That’s the point that the fans have been talking about. At any rate there was no affair.

One more thing… If Brad is friends with someone who thinks it’s funny when a cartoon version of herself is holding a shotgun getting ready to shoot a mother of six… the mother of six that happens to be Brad Pitts? No words…
Seriously Ashley as I said below.. I doubt Brad and Angie are even aware of her entire interview and what she said. From his response and defense of her it seems clear that he was given her “uncool” sound byte and responded.

Another reality check for you rabid people..you know who you are.
Brad and Angie both made it clear that they do not read the tabs, do not acknowledge the tabs and only respond if something makes it into a real reputable media source.
Therefore no defense of Jolie was necessary other than them continuing to be together (not apart for more than a week of two since they became a couple) and continuing to have children and adopt children together.
That was until Time Magazine posted the story about Jolie manipulating the media and then Brad blasted back at them.
While Jen admits to running out and purchasing the Jolie Vogue magazine to read what she said.. it is doubtful that Brad and Angie do the same.. that’s why Brad give Jen more credit then really do to her by saying she must have been dragged into a comment like that. A comment he heard second hand and not by actually caring enough to read the article. They have better things to do with their time.
They are obviously happy and content with the life and family they have created and have been careful from past experiences to keep public displays of affection at a minimum. THe only time they seemed to not be able to control themselves was at the award show after having found out it was twins..
I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE ANGIE AND HER CHILDREN FREE FROM BRAD.

My opinion is totally different. I choose to believe that Jen Aniston has been feeding her own fame with Brad Pitt since the day one they had a blind date.
IF Brad (or Angie) has answered in the very same way, Jen has been vomiting her hatred toward them, Jen would have been the winner because she could have got what she has been dying to get from them. Jen stays famous of Brad and now also Angie.
Without Brad, Jen could have been another Friends star who has money and nothing else. Jen would have killed herself she was like the others. She has to see her photos in the tabloids every single week somehow and someway.
Brad has chose the best way to treat Jen. Jen has been hurting bad when Brad has not said anything bad about her at least publicly. It is so obvious how mad Jen is going especially about Angie.
IF Angie was not happy how Brad has been about herself and Jen situation, she would have said it openly. Angie is a very open person about her feelings and thoughts as you would know of.
I’m so amazed that people still care what this empty toolbag has to say.
He doesn’t care what JA has to say that is the point it doesn’t matter to him or Jolie. It’s probably the equivalent of a stranger saying it. It means nothing to them. JA’s pr firm need to keep it going to keep her career afloat and JA goes with it because she knows without his name she is CCox or LKudrow…with less talent.
Brad and Angie respond all the negative comments, gossips in the best way everybody should. They love, admire, like and respect each other deeply and they have 6 kids together and are willing to have more.
Actions speaks much louder than the words.

I’m a woman and in a relationship with a woman, and yet I’m head over heels for a guy I used to work with. If she and I split up and I ended up with him, would ANYONE we worked with ever believe that it didn’t happen when we worked together? No. Just goes to show, you can’t make people believe something, even if it’s true.

I’m glad he took the high road with Jennifer, something she should be doing after four years but never manages to do. Had he gone off on her, the magazines and rags would be making things up as we speak or in Jennifer’s face in a second asking what she thought about so and so remarks he made about her. And since she doesn’t know the meaning of “no comment”, around and around the “triangle” merry-go-round goes. It would have been nothing but more ammunition for her to keep this ridiculous drama going. What now for her next interview? “What do you think of Brad calling you a sweetheart?” No, because there’s no drama in that. As far as feeling that Brad somehow let Angelina down, this is ONE quote and all we see are snippets of their lives. Angelina is with Brad 24/7, she knows him and what he’s all about and she loves him. It’s not his fault Jennifer keeps talking about Angie and the kids, he did what Angelina would have done, which is take the high road and stay out of the mud. They’re better than that and they don’t play the press’ game of continuing drama. So Jennifer is a sweetheart…and? I think my cat is a sweetheart and it doesn’t mean a thing. Jennifer is a sweetheart, Brad and Angelina and their children will keep living their lives happily together, and Jennifer and John are still dating. And?
Now bring on the red carpets and award shows!!! :)

I support Bangelina because of Jolie. I have never been a fan oF Brad Pitt. I have expressed in the past that Brad should defend Angelina. No matter how strong a person is, there comes a time that you need somebody to protect you. Maniston really made Jolie to be the bad guy in this triangle and Brad still calls her a sweetheart? Angelina should just take the 6 kids and live in France without Brad Pitt. He wants to be the good guy at the expense of the mother of his 6 kids. Yeah, I hope he wins the so called Oscar … I hope it’s worth it! A***hole

Unfortunately, nothing has changed about the haters after 4 years, 6 kids, and 4-5 men Jen has changed.

Hi Everybody. I, too, was taken aback last night when some of Brad’s comments from his W mag interview were leaked. But after reading his entire interview, I don’t think it’s really such a big deal. I think, at his core, Brad is a decent guy who just wants to do what’s right by those he loves. Angelina has used these words - decent, loyal, respectful - many times to describe Brad. Many of us, including me, want him to confront his nasty X head on, but seriously, that’s just not his way. Some people just aren’t made to attack that way when the issue is really not that important and I think that to Brad, going *** for tat with his X just doesn’t rate that high on his “importance” barometer. Also, sometimes Brad does not articulate his thoughts as precisely as he should (since the media always jumps all over anything he and Angelina say) and what he really means may get lost in the translation.
But I don’t think there’s any way you can conclude from his brief statements regarding his X that he is “not loyal to Angelina” or “does not truely support Angelina” or that “he doesn’t love Angelina as much” as some have said. I’m a firm believer that actions speak louder than words and both (Brad’s and Angelina’s) actions SPEAK VOLUMES. They are never apart, they are truely supportive of each other in both their professional and humanitarian endeavors, and it’s obvious when they give us a glimpse of themselves out in public that they have a deep love and respect for each other. I was never a follower of Brad & X and paid no attention whatsoever to them, but just from my days of following B&A, I have never seen any photo of B&X that shows the devotion that B& A have. I believe Angelina’s own words tell the real story - “I am the happiest I have ever been.”, “This is such a wonderful time in our lives.”, “When I look in a mirror I see someone at peace.”, are just some on the quotes I remember reading recently. To me, this is obviously a woman well loved and supported by her man and family.
I also might add, Brad just might be smarter than us all, because all I see this morning in the media is “Brad defends Angelina”, “Brad says Angelina is no Homewrecker”. It’s all about Brad defending Angelina’s honor and nothing about X. That may come later, but at this point, who cares? He made the important point on Angelina’s behalf. Let’s not forget, he’s been in the business almost 20 years and might know a little bit more about how to handle the media than us normal folks. So I say, let’s all relax, let this blow over, and get ready to enjoy the RC’s and PittPorn (hopefully) coming our way. Have a good day everybody.
Haha, I think it’s incredibly funny that he just stood up for JA and you folks are just steaming about. I don’t think he’s stood up for his “Lady Love” this effectively in the past. He has allowed the rumors about her (AJ) to morph into a deep seeded hatred towards her from most or at least many people. He is only protecting himself and trying desperately to appear the “gentleman”. He is showing he is a better actor than any of us would have ever believed. All he has to do is sit back and watch the women go at it and then come out in defense of both of them and make himself into the good guy. Meanwhile the ladies come off looking like either dumped and desparate or maneating homewrecker. For this show he deserves the OSCAR. Mr Pitt is protecting his image and that’s all he’s ever done and most likely all he will ever do. I’m going to start seeing his movies again because it’s obvious he’s really honed his craft and is becoming a decent actor after all! FYI, the rest of you need to get a life and stop worrying about either of these 2 ladies….they’re crying all the way to the bank!
Brad cannot do better than Angelina and Angelina cannot do better than Brad. Don’t you idiotic haters get it??? Look the reason Jennifer is bitter is because that the person Brad left her for is The Angelina Jolie. But I don’t see why she is sooooo upset because I have always said if my man is going to leave me, it better be for someone who is more beautiful and talented, he better not leave me for some piece of trash. Brad left Jennifer for the creme de la creme of women and Jennifer at the age of 40 has yet to prove herself worth anything. Sure her dog movie did well, but please do not tell me its because of her great and oscar worthy acting. She will always be the one in those comedic TV like roles. Do you forsee her in the near future acting in a Clint Eastwood film, or dining with the top A listers or gaining the title of highest paid actress or commanding the respect of other A listers that Angie and Brad command? Bottom line is Brad was being very nice gentleman in this interview. Why shouldn’t he? His careeer is at its best and will only getter bigger and better, he wakes up every morning to Angie and their 6 beautiful children. Even if they have 6 kids they can afford help so they can have free mummy and daddy time. They are not saddled with laundry and dirty dishes and therefore are able to have quality time with their children.
Pitts relationship with Jennifer hit a deadend…you know what that means haters…no where to turn, can’t go left, right up or down…the only is one way is out, with no looking back. Doesn’t mean he hates her but like he said the relationship “ran its course” you know out of gas, capute, over , finish, done!
I can imagine how difficult it must have been to the both of them not to get physcially involved until his divorce. I mean just looking at them and you can see it all their in their eyes. How can anyone deny what these two felt for each other. And it wasn’t even about just sex, it was sweet, bashful, innocent and sexy all at the same time. And even if you do not care about Brad nor Angie, please consider that they have children who are innocent and should not have to ever read or hear the type of garbage that these dumb a$$ trailer park trash haters spew all over the place, all because neither Brad or Angie wouldl hire them to wipe the shiiiite out of their a$$$$eee$!

Brad and Jen have always said they have remained friends after their split, why is everyone freaking out? Besides, this is Hollywood, any interviews they give are just to get publicity. Otherwise they wouldn’t talk the press at all. They all have an image to project and movies to push. People try to read too much into this stuff.
