Carrie Underwood - People’s Choice Awards 2009

Carrie Underwood hits the red carpet in a strapless Naeem Khan gown at the 2009 People’s Choice Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Wednesday (January 7) in Los Angeles.

During the ceremony, the 25-year-old American Idol alum will perform her ballad, “I Know You Won’t,” complete with a full orchestra. “It’s a really emotional song about a guy who just wont call. We’ve all had that happen, right?” she told People.

Carrie is rumored to be dating hockey hottie Mike Fisher.

UPDATE: Carrie picked up three PCAs — Favorite Star Under 35, Favorite Female Singer and Favorite Country Song (”Last Name”).

that dress looks like she dragged it off some crazy old cat lady’s couch and wrapped it around herself. hated seeing her win, but then again, the people’s choice awards are pretty much a joke anyway.

Carrie owns it in everything she does. It is all pure gold. She was stunning and nailed the song as always LIVE! All Carrie has in those teeth is braces and brushing 3 times a day. They are her own just like all of her nothing fake. All three dresses were exquisite.

Fisherwood Rocks!

And people she didn’t want Romo, remember he was calling in May.
She didn’t pick up.

I like her, but I think if you want to call her a hypocrit it would have to be about her winning American Idol by portraying herself as a small town country girl who grew up on a beef farm raising cows to EAT… and now she is one of PETA’s biggest celebrity supporters?? umm that doesn’t seem to fit to me…
