Jessica Stroup hits the red carpet in a beautiful Herve Leger dress at the 2009 People’s Choice Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Wednesday (January 7) in Los Angeles.
The 22-year-old 90210 starlet accented her look with JudeFrances Diamond Clover Hoops and a Rhodolite Marquis Diamond Ring.
Unfortunately, 90210 and Fringe didn’t pick up Favorite New TV Drama. The Mentalist picked up the prestigious award.

Jesus, I guess that means teenagers were freaking out voting for the past couple of months. Because The Mentalist is actually in the Top 10 TV shows every week which means it has a hell of a lot more viewers than some crap teenybopper show. No offense but way ridiculous.

I love her on 90210 Silver and Dixon are my favorite ! but my god Just Jared you’d think Tristan Wilds can get some love here. It was Secret Life of Bees (his movie) that won in the PCAs just a little bit of love JJ is that so hard ?

well kate, you’re right, everyone has worn the bandage dress at least once since the relaunch. quite the lack of imagination, though i wouldn’t expect anything else. most young female stars look alike, dress alike, have the same haircut etc. these days

Herve Leger makes the best dresses.body hugging curvaceous,making someone as skinny as her look like they have a nice ass. she’s pretty though.the colors of the dress make her eyes look stunning. Tristan looks very handsome!
