UPDATE: Angie had tears in her eyes when the late Heath Ledger won for Best Supporting Actor for The Dark Knight. She and Brad were also seen leaving their table to greet Changeling director Clint Eastwood and his wife Dina at their own table.

This is just so funny… Brad and Angie did not win…They did not lose either.. I mean how do you lose what you don’t have… But the point is that they did not win… and what is all the talk about.. I bet most people could not tell you who did win the CCA’s.. but I bet they can tell you what Angie wore, what Angie looked like, did Brad touch her or not… Everything is about them.. and I think I can safely say that Sunday will be no exception.. When they hit that RC… the crowd will lose it’s sh*t,, the photogs will be insane.. Every other actor and actress will stop their walk down the carpet, and look to see what the fuss is about.. This will happen because the photogs will stop taking pictures of everyone else, and focus on the Brange.. Every move will be documented, every gesture.. Fans will be swooning (me included).. haters will have pin in hand writing down their pathetic attempts to find fault with them.. they will be looking for needles in haystacks.. grasping for straws.. If I did not dislike the haters so much I would feel sorry for them.. But then again NOT..
Brad and Angie do not make many public appearances.. they do not go to every premier or award.. Angie is not front and center at any Fashion show..so when they are promoting their films this is pretty much the only time the fans get to see and hear from them. If the haters are honest (I know they can’t let them selves be) then they would admit that when Brad and Angie are not promoting their film or humanitarian causes… We do not see them at all.. We don’t see their kids. That is why when they are photographed most of us are so amazed at how big the kids have gotten. Because they do not put their kids out there everyday.. That is a truth. I would love for Brad to win, especially since he has not.. But if the don’t, I am still so excited for the great year they both have had..
Note.. Both of their films have done better BO wise then any of the other films under consideration…
I am a fan, and will be watching the GG only because of the Brange.. but then that will be the cast for most of the viewing public.. JMO

I looked at the videos a thousand times and I couldn’t see that “bitchy glare” that the media is whining about. They have to blabber lies, otherwise the mags wouldn’t sell, their site wouldn’t enjoy any hits, these stupid bloggers would be forgetable. They have to attack Angie, they wanted to be popular and they always use Angie as a pawn. People who love this gorgeous couple also take them as a joke and stupid.

I see! I have noticed contradictory posts by ‘mimi’ before. :smile: Now I know. So the first/real ‘mimi’ is a fan.
Some time ago somebody used my name too. Just so people know, I’m the first/real ‘Orchid,’ and I’m a JP fan.
Angie has beauty, class, elegance, talent, sex appeal and heart of gold and there is no other actress like her at this present time. The people who hate her secretly yearn to be like her but when they fail jealousy consumes them and they let their bitterness takes over their life which is directed at Angie.
She looks like a live wax mannequin. One day her face is sagging the next day she is all stiff that can barely move that face or it fall all over. Even my 8 year-old asked me _what’s wrong with her face. Lay off the facelift mask, Angelina and show your true self.

Angelina Jolie gained my respect (very few actors do) with all of her humanitarian work, seeming to be such a good mother and person, etc. UNTIL I saw her reaction at those awards. She was full of jealousy and a wicked hatred of the other actress, Anne, winning in her category. I could read right through her! It made me wonder what else she plays in the media and question her legitimacy with her other work, being a genuine mother, etc. If you really are solidly anchored in life and don’t have self-confidence problems or “need” to win that stupid award which means nothing compared to the other things that should matter and which she’s claimed really do, then not winning that award would not shake you up a single ounce. It was unacceptable and she lost the respect of several fans I believe. I think her and her counterpart are now nothing more than clever actors “acting” the majority of their lives and cleverly using the media to fool many people.
Also- She looks way too skinny and denies going through unhealthy eating cycles in her life but it’s the truth and what’s up with her nose now? She has lost her natural beauty and is looking like plastic surgery scarries such as a lot of Hollywood types. Do they not realize how gross they become looking? Seriously- It’s like Bruce Jenner and a countless list of women who become hard to even look at any longer. I’m so disappointed to now see this truth about her- That look at those awards was all it took to see the real truth of who she is as a person and the truth of that! And that’s that for me now.
AJ’s reaction during AH speech is not a “bitc*y look”, at least for me and many people. It’s unfair to judge her that she’s full of jealousy and hatred towards AH winning the best actress award. AJ was listening intently to AH, and more often than not, her facial expression is like that every time she’s in a serious mode.

AJ has already past the stage of wanting recognition and affirmation of her work as an actress. She has already won many awards from various award-giving bodies at an early age at that!

If her present work is recognized, she’s grateful for that not only for herself but also for the cast & production staff of the film. Otherwise, she doesn’t wallow and life goes on for her. Besides, she gave her past awards to her mother for safe-keeping as she didn’t want to display awards at home (she found it not a good idea to look at them all the time).

In the stage of her life right now, having experienced a lot and witnessed difficulties of unfortunate people, she already know what she wants. She knows what’s superficial or trivial and what is important or relevant.

So, some people’s agenda is to find flaws in everything she does, her gestures, her clothes etc. And this “look” brouhaha is an example of that.
Angie has the right attitude to the paps and evious actresses who always knock her for her beauty, accomplishments and for her love life. She is right not to listen or read the trash they write about her. They will always knock her because of who she is. Life is too short to worry about every piece of crap written about you. People who trash her do so because they perceive her as a threat and they are jealous of her life which they secretly want for themselves. The real men and women who are not threatened by her and are confident in themselves will see and understand the jealousy for what it is and will not let this deter them from appreciating her as a person and her work. Her fans will also continue to offer her their full support, that will never diminish. Angie is an icon and she is only 33 and a lot of women are eaten up by this and will continue because most women exhibits the tendency for being catty and envious of their fellow women more so than men. Whatever they do or their motive is, Angie will continue to shine and people will eventually see through them and their motives. All these will make her more popular because people generally like the underdogs especially if that underdog is a woman fighting singularly.

Anne Hathaway believes Angelina Jolie is a good role model in Hollywood because she has paved the way for younger stars to get involved with charity work - and not just financially.
Anne has revealed she would like to follow in Angelina’s foosteps and become a UN Goodwill Ambassador after travelling with Angelina to Cambodia and Nicaragua.
She told Cosmopolitan magazine recently: “Angelina has made charity work more accessible to a younger generation. She inspired me to get involved and ask, ‘What can I do other than give money?’”
Anne also told the magazine that she found the initial slow start to her career character-forming: “I always felt like a failure, no matter what I did. When I was starting out I went to a hundred auditions and didn’t get jobs. You have to learn from rejection.”

Let see this only took a second (after you claimed to be a fan for years) you came up with the following:

First you don’t know her personally and nothing about her private life despite what is read on the rags. Clearly it is easy to see that is where you are getting your information. You are nothing more that a closeted anti-Angie fan. You are filled with hatred and try to find any excuse to dislike and unloading your anti-Angie rationalizations on us. Give it up and stop pretending you were ever a fan.
By the way, it is okay if she lost your respect (1) you are nobody, (2) you are not a fan, (3) there is always someone else to replace you and finally most importantly with fan like you who needs enemies (see that you were never an impact on her life even if you were a fan).
