Evan Rachel Wood - Critics’ Choice Awards 2009
Evan Rachel Wood sparkles in a gorgeous gold Jasmine Di Milo dress on the red carpet at VH1’s 2009 Critics’ Choice Awards held at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium on January 8 (Thursday) in Santa Monica, Calif.
The 21-year-old actress, who finished off her look with Stuart Weitzman shoes, told USA Today that awards season snuck up on her: “It really didn’t hit me until today when I was in the (dress) fittings. It dawned on me what was coming up: Golden Globes are coming up, awards season, oh yeah.”
Her latest film, The Wrestler, was up for four awards.

True, less is more, but I had to be a little nice to the Poor Man’s Dita.
At last, this talented young actress chose to look more like herself than mimicking other people with a goth look or a 40’s glamor look that did her no justice. Now she is attractive, at least.
why is she popular? she is so the new Kirsten Dunst - I have no idea how she got where she is either-
I mean, my next door neighbor looks better than this - anyone’s next door neighbor probably looks better than this

Wow, that’s probably because you only hear about actors on gossip sites or go to the theater only for big budget flicks.Guess what, indie or small movies exist and she does pretty well in them(Thirteen, Down in the valley, Across the universe…)
I bet there are many talented people whose films you never saw!!
She’s attractive but the style is too mature for her. The dress is pretty but looks like something you’d expect to see on Joan Collins.

She’s naturally pretty though, so she doesn’t need all that makeup.
