Michael Vartan arrives in Melbourne on Wednesday (January 7) to play in the Aussie Millions Poker Tournament in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
The 40-year-old former Alias star reportedly plans to spend his three weeks in Melbourne playing poker at Crown and also attending the Australian Open tennis tournament.
Pamela Anderson is also rumored to be playing at the Aussie Millions Poker Tournament.
Vartan recently finished filming Demoted, alongside David Cross and Sean Astin, and the film is expected to be released later this year.

I’ve always felt a bit sorry for him. Ever since Jennifer Garner dumped him, his career went downhill. Being kicked off of Alias must have been so humiliating. I think she was the love of his life, alas, he wasn’t the love of hers. It’s still nice to see him, though.

I also agree with #34. I think he really loved her, but she was always attracted to Affleck after Pearl Harbor. I wish him well. And I just saw him on Bonnie Hunt and he looked thin. He’s wearing sweats here, people.

And the Aussie Millions is a SERIES of poker tournaments, ending with the Main Event (with the biggest buy-in and the largest field), which hasn’t started yet. He’s out of the first event, and honestly, he probably wanted to be, so he could enjoy Australia.
Raney, Michael is a person who has never been involved in any scandal, and as an adult who is, He can sleep with whom he wants, because he doesn’t damage to anybody.
Do not understand why so much criticism when he has never said anything bad about anyone.
Raney such venom why? Michael Vartan has never said a bad word about anyone and as for sleeping around, where is all the press coverage? I have never read anything of the sort. Everything that I have read about him (including meetings that fans have had with him) and heard and watched him in interviews suggests to me that he is a very down to earth, level headed person with a very quick wit and he is the most strikingly handsome man I have seen in Hollywood so far. Because of his personality more than his looks I am a big fan of his. I cannot wait to see him in the movies Jolene, Demoted and High School and many more to come. I saw him in Rogue and loved it. Rogue should have had a much wider release especially as all the people who follow horror movies and understand the genre gave it wonderful reviews. Here’s to receiving much much much more of Michael Vartan news and photos (sorry Michael I know you prefer to remain out of the public eye but I need to see you out and about!!!)
