Heidi & Spencer: Mixed Martial Artists
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt get some mixed martial arts (MMA) training in Los Angeles on January 8 (Thursday).
The Hills villian couple learned all the right moves from Kevin Rickson of Rickson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu International fighting school. (Spencer has been filming his new reality show based on MMA fighter Kevin Casey.)
Looks like Heidi kicked some major Spencer butt! Hope she didn’t break any of her Chanel fingernails.

okay that is it. im not gonna come here anymore. jared u just lost a fan. i gave it many chances..it’s totally wasting my time, i don’t think jared’s gonna stop posting about them cause they must of paid him money to keep posting about them. i mean they are so fake i can’t believe some people support them. reading about them really degrades my status. period. i am never comin back here again.

why are these two even on here, they are no actors and if they were they suck so bad, they are the most greedy people, no one likes them wait until the hills start part 5 no one is going to be watching, I really want to know why they are on here, why not have me to then, I am not a star but I am a damn good person with a great soul who would never treat my family like **** and then go feed the poor at christmas and pretend you care. Is The hills for real? is it for example laurens real life they’re filming or is it just fiction?
It’s just because i’m confused ’cause i just started to see season 1 on mtv… And it’s confusing, that Heidi is really Heidi Montag ! :S
ugh do they ever do anything that isn’t completely staged for cameras. i’m honestly surprised they haven’t released their own sex tape or something. oh snap…i shouldn’t give them ideas

hey #22 and #23 if has been training for years who does he train under and what tournements has he won to earn that purple .. i am a blue belt myself and i earned under the gracies and have plenty of medals under my belt and who gave him his purple and how much did he pay his private instructer to give to him ?
