jared, when are you and the paps going to get tired of “Jake running” pictures or, “Jake walking with coffeee” pictures, or Jake shopping” pictures, or Jake going to lunch” pictures , or Jake going to dinner pictures. Sometimes these pictures are with Reese and sometimes they aren’t. But they are alllll totally boring. Jake and Reese don’t do a lot of PDAs so what’s the point? And I never see them drunk or half naked. They are never having screaming fights or hitting one another.

I’d much rather see juicy pictures of people being bad. Jake and his girlfriend are disgusting.

Reading these comments about celebrities makes me feel really sad. Well to be honest i feel sorry for the people who make them :( . Jake is currently filming Prince of Persia, and as there is a lot of action he needs to keep up his training. oh wait. just imdb’d it. turns out its just wrapped (YaY) Well anyhoo, i dont ‘Francesssca’ or whatever, needs to worry about forgeting jakes name all too soon ok?? or need to worry about him turning into bloody sylvester stalone!!! Three years ago Jake made BBM and since then a few people, very few people have become convinced gay and afraid to come out. Rubbish.
He made such a wonderful movie and it’s sad he might have to endure some of the more moronic statements posted on c blogs about his sexuality. Jake has a serious movie filmography; he’ll continue to make -great movies with a few action movies thrown in for good measure.

The longer Jakey stays single and doesn’t produce any kids the more suspect his sexuality will be. He is now 28 and it’s about time he should be married or comitted and should have some kids, not adopted. So far nothing.

Kirsten is maybe fugly and boring, but with her especially on TDAT premieres Jake looks like real man, now although i like Reese my emotions are kind mixed.. Jake become into something else, he lost his charm, although he still have most beautiful smile.

What is really interesting about Gyllenspoon is the status and income discrepancy between them. She is #60 on Forbes Celebrity 100 list and earned, according to Forbes, 25 million last year. Whether this includes the money from the 3 year 30 million dollar contract with Avon is unclear. If that is extra, then she got about 35 million last year. Poor Jakeypoo isn’t even on the list. I doubt he made even ten million, maybe not even 5 million last year. Relative poverty in Hollyweird. Since he seems to hang around Santa Monica which is close to Brentwood where La Wither lives, I have to suspect he is shacked up with her. My understanding is that he doesn’t even own a house, just leases one. Whether this is because he is too poor, or too afraid of the paps I can’t say.

Jake is great actor and he´s doing the best for POP.

A great actor is/was Heath Ledger. Jakeypoo is a “jobbing” actor, okay but no real star. You can see the difference VERY EASILY in Brokeback, and if you can’t see the difference, you don’t know di*k about acting.

I guess Heath has a very meticulous way of approaching the character, because from take to take there is not a lot of difference. It’s not like he pre-programmed it and he actually went without responding. He would respond, but he set himself in a certain zone that seemed to me pre-determined and he kept refining it. Jake, on the other hand,..would have a wide variety …That might conflict with Heath’s performance sometimes….Heath is really the anchor for that Western mood. So, it’s good that he’s reliable and always that way with very subtle changes.

Jake, I sometimes had to remind him that innocence is on his side. As a young actor… they can forget that innocence is on their side.

I watched “The Dark Knight ” Heath was brilliant like always, but his performance of Joker make me sick.

The author of the story said Heath’s performances was a “brainfu*k” for her since he understood the character of Ennis better than she had. She didn’t say anything of the sort about Jakey. In fact she politely dissed him. She said he wasn’t what she had in mind at all for Jack. Jakey was too good looking while Jack was “homely” and bucktoothed. Jakey didn’t change her understanding of Jack; he simply wasn’t Jack. So there!

Ivana, the problem with the Joker in The Dark Knight is that while Heath’s performance is great, it is not up to his performance in BBM for the simple reason that the Joker is one dimensional. The Joker is a guy who is crazy. Period. Ennis was a real person of great complexity. Heath’s greatest performance was as Ennis. The Joker is of less importance.

He is good looking, not the Mr World, of course, that one is in Spain, gourgeous guys there,….and he is in love with Reese Witherspoon, of course the relationship is only gonna benefit her, not him. Nobody would give a s***t of her if she wasn’t going out with him,nobody would talk about her after the divorce if she wasn’t with Jake,…I guess she is very clever,…..

Jake and Heath did a brilliant job in BBM.
Heath played Joker very well but I think the midia overrated cause he died. No offense, I liked very much Heath. But often when a young good actor/singer died he becomes a myth like James Dean, River Phoenix, Janis Joplin… I mean unluckily these stars died too soon and almost they didn´t time to make many mistakes. I mean their careers were short and some people use think they would good all the time.
Does anyone imagine Sean Penn, John Travolta, Michey Rourke getting over ?

X: a few comments. 1. Heath’s performance in BBM was perfection and we knew this before he died so the opinion I and others have of it doesn’t come from his having died. 2. He was the best Joker so far, but as I pointed out before the role doesn’t allow him to show all his talents because it is a narrow role. 3. He made any number of mediocre movies that have not done anything for his reputation. You rate a star by his top performance since it shows what he is capable of, but it doesn’t mean all his performances will be great. Heath is not being overrated because he died. And it is not good that the Academy may try to rectify its previous mistake (in not giving him the Oscar when he deserved it) by giving him an Oscar now. The Academy goofed on BBM and it can’t live that down.

Jakey’s second best acting performance, in October Sky, will be on AMC this evening. I’ll be watching. He was good as the NASA would be engineer.
Now back to his problems. His sister is very normal She has lived with her partner for some time, no fooling around evidently, and they have had a child that she has taken good care of. Now if she can be so normal, I wonder what happened to Jakey? He sure hasn’t had a successful love life, as far as I can see, and is now stuck in a kind of no man’s land with a older divorced woman who already has two kids by a prior marriage. NOT GOOD. I disagree with you. Al Pacino, Dustin Hoffman and Tom Hanks are almost normal guys and great actor I mean it isn´t necessary to be crazy (whatever) to play well a role.

I always say near nobody is normal but every actor is not too normal like simple people like me.

Jake did brilliants jobs even before BBM like Donnie Darko for example. Jarhead he carries the movie too.

I know for handsome actor is more hard to win awards cause critics/producer/old ugly actor have prejudice (LOL). Only beautiful actress win. This is tradition in Hollywood.

Same thing is true of Daniel Radcliffe. The best thing he has ever done is the role of David Copperfield when he was 9. Since then it has been gradually downhill. Now most of his charm is gone and although he seems quite decent as a person he is really just another professional Hollywood star, whose acting is no longer innocent and fresh and spontaneous. Each Harry Potter is less good than the one before. He now wants to turn to musicals. That might be a good way to divert attention to his diminishing charm. So start singing Dan, and maybe people will not notice that you have lost your youthful innocent charm.

Jake’s been going downhill ever since BBM. He should get out of acting and into something more comfortable, and profitable, like producing or directing, that doesn’t require being beautiful. His good looks are disappearing. Muscles can’t make up for them.
