Kate Walsh’s Silverlake Saturday
Kate Walsh attends another Al-Anon meeting at a community church in Silverlake, Los Angeles on Saturday (January 10).
The 41-year-old Private Practice actress attended the meeting, which is a “fellowship of relatives and friends of alcoholics who share their experience, strength, and hope, in order to solve their common problems.” They believe alcoholism is a family illness, and that changed attitudes can aid recovery.

The write up was unnecessary. For 2 reasons, most of know where she went, and really because it divests the all Anon part ofthe concept. Still not as bad as another that last week got the meeting wrong, and had pictures of the other people attending!
Kate looks great. Love, love, love that hat. She has the cutest pout, one want to give her a lollipop.
Posting the picture is one thing, but it is truly a gross invasion to post that she was at a recovery meeting (alanon or any other 12-step program). There are many other people besides her in that meeting and you are violating the entire purpose of anonymous recovery by broadcasting where she’s at and what type of meeting she’s attending. I will not read your blog ever again.
I also think it’s wrong to post people are at Al Anon. Or any kind of anonymous meeting. It’s unnecessary, she looks good though. Glad the skinny jeans are back.

wow this is pretty low. so much for the whole ‘annoymous’ part of ‘alcoholics annonymous’…take pictures of celebrities on the red carpet or if really necessary, eating dinner or pumping gas. but this is a very private thing and i think you should take the photo down.

#18 It is Al-Anon not AA. There is a difference. Al-Anon is where families (spouse, parent, brother/sister, friend etc.) of a alcoholic go for support.
