Zac is an individual. He is not defined by his relationship and every mention of him must not mention his relationship. In fact, it shouldn’t except it’s relevant to the question.

Brittany was asked about Zac and she answered, quite rightly, strictly about him. I see nothing wrong with what she said. It was a warm and friendly response. She’s friends with him and friends with Vanessa but not because they’re going out. Even if ZV were not together, she would still be friends with both. She doesn’t need to bring in one unnecessarily when the other is being talked about and vice versa.

The relationship should NEVER overshadow their individuality. It would be detrimental to them. Zac is first and foremost just a guy. He’s also a son, a brother, a boyfriend, a cousin, a colleague, a friend etc his love relationship is just one part of his life and a private one for that matter, Let’s keep that vital fact in mind.

In the question that Brittany was asked what would she have said about Vanessa? She was trying to answer the question about Zac and what a regular kind of guy he truly is. She let people know he was her friend and more or less how she admires him because he is always dodging paps unlike her.

What she didn’t do was make it sound like she was more to him or him to her other than a friend. By not saying anything about his personal and private relationship with his girlfriend showed she had respect for him as a person—unlike some people who shall go nameless.

Brittany Snow is very sweet and I enjoyed her lovely remarks about Zac.

Speaking of lovely our couple, in particular our girl, have been the subject of every best dressed list except of course those bitter fools on E Fashion Police.

Seeing her named as one of the 10 best dressed by Cosmopolitan with such an illustrious bunch is really great.

And I’m sorry for all you Van fans, but there are a ton of other ppl in our society who agree with me about vanessa so you’re gonna have to get use to the ppl who don’t like her.. because well she is talentless and defs shouldn’t have been at the golden globes.

If a TALENTED person like Kate Winslet who FINALLY won her golden globes ( long overdue in my opinion and hopefully she also win her oscar too ), has haters that still DOUBT her talent in acting,

Karen dear, I always agree with your excellent comments but I beg to disagree with your second sentence.

It is not possible for Mailah and James not to be stupid. It’s like telling a dog not to bark or a pig not to snort. It’s their trademark and as soon as they start typing, stupidity pours forth as evidenced by their comments. They really can’t help themselves. To add insult to injury, they find Vanessa so irresistible that for all their loud protests, they cannot stay away from her threads. It’s that bad they have to find excuses to keep coming back.

I guess if we can tolerate the bark of dogs we can tolerate their stupidity while they help us hit 400 comments. We’ve just moved past 360. Good progress!

Yes, I know you are right but hope springs eteranl with me when it comes to education. I want to believe that when you tell someone a fact or explain a new concept that it will open up new ways of thinking and make a person better all around. But I know that sometimes don’t happen and some minds are just not capable of grasping new ideas, etc… What a shame it is for people like that. But it is true as tizzfan said, even Kate Winslet have these same kinds of people just becasue they can’t stand to see someone—doesn’t matter who the celebrity is—make good or have people like them.

Yes, I am older and am older enough to be Vanessa and Zac’s mother. I get a lot of grief about it on these boards because unlike some of the haters and non fans I can actually form a coherent statement and have logical arguments when one of them says something ridiculous. They get mad and call me names or insinuate things that are not true because I take away their fun in bad-mouthing people. They must be young which means they don’t have much experience nor do many of them show very much brain power. If they older like me, then why are they griping at me? I do not lust after Zac Efron but he i s a handsome young man who has great potential. In like manner Vanessa is a beautiful young woman with just as much potential. I am older and am not yet senile so i remember what it was like to be young. These two take insults they don’t deserve and show themselves to be deserving of respest which I intend to show them as I would do towards any young person who is trying hard to make something out of themselves.

Vanessa is lovely in a sun dress and sandals and her hair up. And Zac is handsome in his usual plaid. Looks as if Brittney has changed her hair color. I think she may have had it dark for a movie role.
