Renee Zellweger is pretty in pink on the February 2009 cover of Marie Claire, on stands TOMORROW. Here are the interview highlights:
On marriage: “I never say never about anything, because I look back on my own personal history and it shocks me. If I would ever have said, ‘Oh for sure this is going to be in my future,’ most of my experiences would not have been on my list. So I don’t even bother thinking about it, because I’ve learned that there’s no anticipating that stuff.”
On being one of the single ladies: “The thing is, I’m away all the time (she has farmhouse on Long Island undergoing perpetual renovation and an apartment in New York). I suppose if I sat still long enough to get to know somebody beyond a dinner date, maybe. But I don’t feel like my life is empty or that I have to make something happen. I have projects to develop. I want to study American history and political science, live in an apartment in France, and fix my bad French. And is there really time for all of it? Last summer, when I said it wasn’t the right time for something I wanted to do, a friend asked, ‘How long are you going to live?’” Then she offers that gentle smirk of hers, “I’m not single, I’m busy. (laughs) That’s my line.”

I’m not entirely sure why she keeps getting covers and red carpet time. She hasn’t really done anything relevant in years.

This picture does not even look like her. the last couple of pics that I have seen of her, she looks horrible. She is very thin and I don’t think that she is pretty at all. I guess that I am nosey as I would still like to know what went down with her and Kenny.

She is very thin. My family in NOLA spotted her there and they did comment on how thin she was.
That doesn’t even look like her! Before I read I was like “who’s that?”
she looked mighty scary at the GG’s last night. serious case off over botoxed and bulimia. I feel kinda sorry for her. Her life has become about perfecting her body and image, but all of the preoccupation leaves her alone and lonely.
