OlderTina Fey Wins Golden Globe — Best Actress
Tina Fey hits the red carpet in a metallic-trimmed halter gown at the 2009 Golden Globe Awards.
The 38-year-old actress picked up “Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series-Musical or Comedy” for 30 Rock. Here’s her hilarious acceptance speech, which you can watch below:
“I want to say thank you to the Hollywood Foreign Press. I’ll always love the Hollywood Foreign Press and have all the Hollywood Foreign Press action figures. Thank you, Will Arnett, for that joke. But I want you to really know how lucky I am to have the year I’ve had this year and, if you ever start to feel too good about yourself, they have this thing called the Internet! You can find a lot of people there who don’t like you! I’d like to address some of them now! BabsonLacrosse, you can suck it. DianeFan, you can suck it. Cougar Letter, you can really suck it ’cause you’ve been after me all year. And to my husband, Jeff, I love you. Thank you very much! ”
Tina was referring to some of the commenters on LA Times’ The Envelope (watch the video there too). Also meet the haters Tina told off during her speech!
Tina’s costar Tracy Morgan also gave the acceptance speech for 30 Rock’s win for “Best Television Series - Musical Or Comedy”. He joked, “Tina Fey and I had an agreement that if Barack Obama won, I would speak for the show from now on. Welcome to post-racial America! I’m the face of post-racial America! Deal with it, Cate Blanchett! We’d like to thank the Hollywood Foreign Press, especially me because a black man can’t get no love at the Emmys.” Co-star Alec Baldwin then whispered into Tracy’s ear to thank NBC boss man Jeff Zucker. Tracy then quickly said, “Holla at ‘cha, J-Z!”

I JUST LOVE TINA FEY!!! Im so glad that she won- and looked fabulous in that dress. I was kind of surprised that she chose such a low-cut dress but i think it really flattered her.
After watching all the beautiful gowns from the Golden Globes last night, Im so in a gown mood. There is going to be an Oscar de la Renta sample sale today at noon on Gilt Groupe so there will be lots of gowns on sale. Yay!

number one…no not EVERYBODY can do this…you wouldnt believe the amount of people who cant act if their lives depended on it…it is a lot harder than you realize…coming from someone who’s friend is in drama school and has gone to see many many plays….so please do not criticize someone when you have not achieved it yourself….she has worked hard…..and its so easy to sit here on the computer and criticize…i mean she writes, produces and acts all in the same show…that takes some dedication…. :)

I have seen Tina look much better than last night. The outfit was too severe as was the make-up. She has a harsh look to her face that needs to be softened. Not a flattering look for her at all.
The white and gold accessory in her hand looked nice though.
Not only is Tina Fey NOT hot, without makeup and eyeglasses she is one of the homeliest women around. Ugly eyes, nasty nose, crooked mouth, and don’t get me started on the scars.
Oh and she does no acting on 30 Rock, just being herself.

i am sure you are very busy and the way you dress, it looks that way.
I lost respect for Tina Fay when she made fun of Sarah Palin’s CHILDREN. I don’t care what she does to adults but the children should be off limits.
