And most of them like him for his great body of work, his looks, his sexiness and his attitude towards life and this includes the fact that he is not in need of a silicone filled Barbie

Aren’t we all missing one important point? Isn’t it what Daniel wants and not what we want? Or is that a waste of time saying that on here? LOL

Yep, it is a waste of time - but as long as JJ keeps putting up threads about THEM then it’s open season - for better or for worse. It’s his life but as a celebrity you’re judged by what you display - and he is being displayed a lot with Sats and that’s seems to be what he wants - then he has to take the sh*t with the sugar. So I feel as if I have a right to judge (and I try to be fair about it).

you must be dedicated in some form as you post on here a lot..are you venting for self therapy a bit or trying to find others who think the same way? i know when people find their like, they feel a little more settled in their thoughts and not alone.

Hey, I’m still soul-searching! ;) But good points and I’m guilty on all of them. Which is probably the reason I’ve never posted on DtD… I’m totally out of my league - mostly in my “love” for DC (which is limited). I’ve never been in the presence of “industrial strength” fans before .But that might be because I’ve never like a singular celebrity. It’s always been groups or teams (sports) which gives you the option of liking many as opposed to one. Does that make sense? :?

One good thing coming up is my favorite thing and that is baseball (TEAM) - can’t wait! Then you’ll see a whole lot less of me… :D

Snuggles & Snogs, First time I saw him was CR. He was so hot but in the scene where he is recovering from his injuries and professes his love and “all that he is” to Vesper — I burst out laughing. It was completely unbelievable. Recently I watched some of his acclaimed performances from Our Friends in the North — and I say, “meh!” And then there is the horrible accent in the commercials for Defiance.

I totally agree; he is very nice to look at but I too burst out laughing when he professed his love to Vesper!! His acting does get unbelievable at times. I think he needs all this publicity as his acting range is limited.

The reason why he seems overexposed is because he has done 7 movies in just over 2 and 1/2 years. That is a pretty impressive rate of work by anyone’s standards.

With every one of those 7 movies there have been interviews, premieres, appearences and photo calls. No wonder we have seen so much of him.

I hope he now puts his feet up for a few months before beginning the next Bond movie - not because I don’t want to see pics of him but because I think the poor man deserves a rest and some peace and quiet!!

If that is all you have watched in a career dating back to 1992 then you need to get hold of the rest of it. Try Love and Rage, Ice House, Kiss and Tell, Obsession, Love is the Devil, Sword of Honor, Some Voices, Infamous…..there are loads and loads more to choose from. He is one of the finest actors of his generation.

I´m not a psychic, but I could easily see Daniel with another blonde woman. His ex-wife and ex-girlfriend are both blondes, and he cheated on Satsuki with blonde Sienna Miller. I think he likes blondes (which is cool since I´m a blonde). Satsuki doesn´t seem like his type. In fact, they seem like such a mismatch. She must be one persistent, manipulative woman to be able to get him and have him for this long. I hope her luck runs out. I hope Daniel is smart enough to see through behaviour and kicks her to the curb. He deserves better. Satsuki deserves to fade into obscurity.

I would call a good actor but certainly not one of the finest actors of his generation. Yes, he has made alot of movies in the past few years but only Bond has been a great success. Maybe he needs to focus on the quality of movies versus the quantity of movies he makes. Outside of Bond (which I do find entertaining) he has not been the lead in a successful movie.

Yes, I agree he is very good in smaller roles. I guess it is tough for any actor to carry the majority of a movie. I wonder if the entertainment industry takes any Bond actor seriously. I just cringed when I listened to DC try to seriously convince people that “Bond was out for revenge for the people who killed the love of his life….

movie,, The Mother,, I don´t know, Daniel … with granny!! And ,, Love is the devil,,ugh, he played a gay. ,, Quantum of solace? Hm, crappy
screensplay. James Bond is biggest chance for him, but I don´t like Quantum of solace, Casino Royale was first class. I hope 23.Bond will be better. I think, Daniel waits for better roles. Maybe he´ll win Oscar in future.

They seem so much into each other. Good for them.
