OlderHayden Panettiere’s 911 Call Revealed
Hayden Panettiere recently had her license confiscated at NV Lounge, a nightclub in Suffern, New York, an hour outside Manhattan. The 19-year-old Heroes actress allegedly slipped in through a private side entrance to meet up with friends.
The owner of the nightclub tells Inside Edition that Hayden approached the main bar and ordered a drink. The bartender asked for ID and seeing she was under 21, confiscated her license. Then she and her friends were escorted out of the bar.
The owner of the club says Hayden was “very frustrated” and “annoyed” at having her license taken. The teen star phoned local police.

911 Operator: “What’s your name?”
Pannettiere: “Hayden…I went into a bar and I showed them my ID. They let me in and um…he took my ID and he won’t give it back.”
911 Operator: “What bar is it?”
Pannettiere: “NV.”
911 Operator: “NV?”
Pannettiere: “Yeah!”
911 Operator: “Ok, and he took your ID and they’re not going to give it back to you?”
Pannettiere: “Yeah, and I need to get on a plane in a couple of days and I really need my ID back…I live in California.”
911 Operator: “Ok, we have officers on the way.”
Pannettiere: “Thank you very much.”
Hayden was reportedly crying when she tried to get her ID back. She denied to authorities that she tried to buy a drink at the club. Police asked the club owner to return Hayden’s driver’s license.
The club owner says Hayden “is welcome to have dinner [at NV], but to party you have to be over 21.”

i still dont understand the law that you can only drink at 21, wtf !! if your considered an adult at 18, you should be able to drink no. anyway dont attack me, its my opinion.
she shouldnt have received her license back because wtf would she be doing by the bar if she was 21 to begin with? stupid ass ***** finally a celeb gets caught breaking the law! big ups to that bartender!

In fact, if she’s got to catch a flight to make it back to CA so she can do some more crappy “acting”, KEEP HER LICENSE. Girl is untalented as s*hi*t. Save her the humiliation and keep her license.

This is kinda funny because I think it is relatively easy to get a new license made and doesn’t cost that much. However, unless the ID was a fake, there really isn’t any need to take the ID. She should have just had her friends buy her the alcohol, what an idiot, if she actually did show the bartender her ID, then she deserved to have it taken away.

Yes, I agree. #49 is an idiot. If you don’t know the # of the regular police station, you call information and GET IT! 911 should never be used for anything other than an emergency.
Serves her right! I am sure she would have gotten her ID back though, but not just that night as she could of tried to pull that again.
After showing her ID, she tried to buy alcohol at 19 according to the bartender. She claimed she only showed the bartender her ID, she did not ask for a drink. I believe the bartender because we hear about these incidents with underage celebrities all the time. Everyone in the Lindsey, Brittney, Paris bratpack entered clubs underage. So nothing new here. However, my son gets cited for soliciting without a permit (begging according to the judge), fined $200, 90 days probation, and 8 hours community service for playing his guitar and asking for donations to help his band tour. I guess that makes me a bad parent because my son gets cited for trying to do something positive, instead of sneaking into a nightclub underage. As mentioned by others before, what about her citation for entering a club underage and using 911 for non-emergency purposes? Finally, the sad part of all this, Hayden ends up in rehab by twenty-five, and everyone will say, how commendable of her, setting a positive image for all those ten to twelve year old girls, by realizing her dependency.

Stop saying she tried to get her way because she is a celeb. She didn’t even say her full name or say she was a celebrity. And the operator was more than willing to send someone to her.

Why would they take her licence? It’s not like she can use it to get drinks because it clearly shows she’s 19. That’s completely stupid on the bar’s part and probably illegal.

well. honestly, if i was famous and her age i probably do the same thing. shes in east bumblef*ck new york and she has no ID. Now the bartender is an idiot for taking her ID. what is he trying to prove? that he took a celebrities ID and isnt giving it back? No, he shouldve politely given it back and said he is not alowed to serve you and walk away. it is his job to be curtious especially if it is a resturant/bar, and especially if she is a celebrity. i know all you haters dont wanna hear that shes gunna get special treatment, but thats just how it is.
