Natalie Portman - Producers Guild Awards 2009
Natalie Portman arrives at the 2009 Producers Guild Awards at The Hollywood Palladium on Saturday (January 24) in Los Angeles.
Wall-E won in the category of animated motion picture. In TV, AMC’s Mad Men took the prize for drama, 30 Rock was honored for comedy and The Colbert Report took home the prize for live entertainment/competition TV.
MySpace founders Tom Anderson and Chris DeWolfe were the recipients of the Vanguard Award while The Stanley Kramer Award went to Milk.

whoa…usually she looks great, but the only positive thing i can see here is her makeup. her dress needs to be above the knees cause she’s short and if you go below the knee you need to make it full length, otherwise you look stumpy. her heels look old lady-ish, the kimono dress does nothing for her petite figure. and her hair looks dry at the ends and her bangs are too long. her bangs look like mine when i don’t blow dry them properly…they kind of just fall on my face awkwardly.
I like her hair natural & curly better but she still looks lovely. I love her dress.

I’ve been meaning to watch Wall-E. I was hoping it would be nominated for best picture because it got number one on a lot of lists. Nat looks hot also!

Yeesh, horrible look (though her face and makeup are perfect). But her hair is frizzy and the dress is awful. Plus what’s with all the clashing? Pink sash on the dress with bright red nails, a champagne clutch, black shoes? Fire your overpriced stylist!!!

That hairstyle does so not work on her. She (or the stylist) took over too much hair from the other side, otherwhise I like that hairstyle. But it just don’t fit on her.
She looks fresh….pretty with or without make-up.
why bother worring about what she wears and her hair , she has been nomiated and has recieved more awards than most of the actresses her age.
She is one of those rare women like Winona Ryder that look hotter when going for the short hair look. Androgyny suits her better.

I must be weird, I love her hair like this. I think she looks sexy and feminine and kinda like 1960’s Bridgette Bardot etc. I love that look.

Yeah, I appreciate the see-through factor, even if I don’t like the dress. It needs to be better tailored. And I’m not a big fan of that hairstyle, as a general rule. It’s just a combover and those are never attractive. The only positive thing I can say for the outfit is that it’s understated; Portman never does crass. Thank god.
But her face is amazing, as always.
