Amy Poehler is Public Service Sexy

Amy Poehler and Rashida Jones film their new TV series, Parks and Creation, at a playground on Tuesday (January 27) in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

Helmed by Office exec producers Greg Daniels and Michael Schur, the series will focus on mid-level local government official Leslie Knope (Poehler) and Ann Logan (Jones), a nurse with a strangely injured boyfriend.

Parks and Recration will premiere @ 8:30PM ET/PT on Thursday, April 9 on NBC. Mark your calendars!

With this new sitcom, Amy could probably, maybe give good friend Tina fey a run for her money at the award shows. Love 30 rock btw.

I’ve worked in Park and Rec. for 15 years now…..and my coworkers and I could write a book about all the weirdness with park patrons and employees. Nobody would believe half of it! Hope the show captures the vibe!
