Jay Lyon & Miranda Kerr Music Video
The City star Jay Lyon, aka Whitney Port’s boyfriend, and pal Nicolas “Pottsy” Potts make up the Aussie band Tamarama.
Tamarama recently released the music video to their first single “Everything to Me”. It features Jay’s ex-girlfriend Miranda Kerr, who is currently dating Orlando Bloom.
The band’s debut EP, Wonderland City, has a relaxed, beachy sound, which is categorized as “American west coast folk-rock.” For more info, visit the band’s official website at TamaramaMusic.com.

@#45– I agree 100%, Marley’s chain indeed. How much longer before he finally grows a pair and puts an end to this, yea? Course he could be right in the middle(hehe) and in cahoots with these scums and then Bloomie’s fans might have to face up to a few truths about their prince.
@#46–And don’t forget she was also doing that lawyer for a few pieces of jewelry and fancy meals at the same time too. Whew! Doing the video, doing Jay, doing Bloom, doing the lawyer and who knows who else, my my what a busy little working girl was.
wow timesup didnt know a lawyer. i hope boyz r using protection! dirty!
i dont like it…
The song started out alright but then it got repetitive, so I won’t be becoming a Jay Lyon groupie any time soon :) not that I was a huge fan of his after watching “The City” anyway…which make the recaps on my blog more fun to write :)
So your “insider information” didn’t include that bit of info? For shame. I guess that none of your other claims could be true then either?
@51
Why in the world would Orlando care about any of this?
It shows that he is a bigger man for ignoring this kind of thing. Celebs who complain about stuff that is on the net come across as whiners. Orlando couldn’t care less.
Neither should you.
LOL. Ok blanca, I’ll play. It’s been a long time between insiders.
So, you’re saying you don’t know if she cheated on Jay, but you do know she’s cheating on OB because two of the guys were your friends? That’s not surprising to anyone following this, probably least of all OB himself. Neither of these two…people… are capable of fidelity. Yes, let’s hope they’re DOUBLE wrapping those wicks, even if its no more than an occasional teabag anymore. Not to be mean to you blanca, but the name of the insider game is you’ve got to put up more than another rumour. Got proof?
Just a suggestion. How about all the Bloom fans stay away from this thread so these two leeches and their publicist won’t get anymore attention than they deserve?
i cant believe miranda dated jay!!! really?? omg
i think he’s using anyone he can to get famous .
& his acent isn’t cute . at all .
i can never understand a word he says . . . .
ORLANDO’S HOT! (-:<
Ugh! I say NOT HOT!
Here’s what I think: http://squareeyes.blinkx.com/?p=313
Basically this is one of the least cool videos I’ve ever seen - straight from 1998. And the music is tooootally the poor man’s Jack Johnson.
Yuck!
am i the only one that doesn’t get how miranda’s the one using orlando for her publicity? she’s on commercials, ads, so on and so forth all by herself. her face is everywhere. orlando hasn’t really done much besides pirates and lotr. it’s not like she’s dating someone that relevant to be sponging off of.
there are pictures of a shirtless, fit, tattoo wearing, long haired Orlando in another thread on this site
don’t waste any more time here people
run, do not walk, to Orlando’s new thread
you won’t regret it
Orlando is a world famous movie star.
And I love the phrase “orlando hasn’t really done much besides pirates and lotr”
YEAH! All he’s done (besides 9 other films) is two of the biggest, most successful trilogies in film history, creating iconic characters that will be loved for decades. Yeah! uhmm, that’s all. yeah
Because no one knew her name until she started talking about him non-stop.
She is the one that has to use his name and not the other way around.
Poor thing even after all this time even the aussie press can’t write an article about her without using his name.
@62
I think the ‘usage’ is mutual, mutually beneficial and works both ways. I think they both get exposure, press and photo ops out of it. I also think they’re both fully aware of what they’re doing and how certain things work and how certain games are played. I personally believe that if Bloom were above playing those games or didn’t need to participate in certain things, he wouldn’t play games or participate in certain things. Period. I’m not judging him for it, for the sake of this post, just as I’m not judging Miranda for it, for the same reason. I do sometimes wonder what he’s going to do for PR and press when he’s married and has kids. If he’s planning on putting off marriage and having children till he’s gotten critical praise and recognition as an actor, he may have a long wait.
@64
I don’t know which “besides 9 other films” you’re talking about. LOTR can count as a group of 3. POTC can count as another group of 3. In both cases, the success of the films and film franchises are NOT entirely due to Bloom’s participation. You do, of course, realize this. The success of those films was the result of many actors, leading and supporting, along with a fine script (for LOTR) and fine direction, not to mention the crafts of many skilled artisans and crew members. Bloom was a part of the whole and part of an ensemble of actors.
“Elizabethtown,” “Kingdom of Heaven,” “Haven” and “Ned Kelly” would count as 4 films, but that leaves 5 more films unaccounted for of the “9 other films” you referred to. I don’t count “Midsommer Murders” or “Wilde” as genuine film projects, but rather as some TV work and a little screen time in a film about Oscar Wilde. “Casualty” would count as TV work, not a feature film.
Bloom doesn’t have 9 other film projects besides The Big Three (LOTR and POTC). He has 4 other film projects besides The Big Three, and without Brad Pitt, Eric Bana, Viggo Mortensen, Sean Bean, etc, and a high caliber cast, supporting actors and scripts, the end result was very disappointing in those other films. Mind you, I liked him in “Ned Kelly” and “Midsommer Murders,” and I thought he showed some spark on screen in “Wilde,” but those films didn’t put his name on the map or give him critical praise. Left to his own leading man skills, persona and devices, we’re looking at E-Town and KOH, both of which were box office disappointments in the U.S., which is still the industry measuring stick for film success. His professional track record indicates his strength lies in supporting roles, and his work is stronger when he isn’t overshadowed or intimidated by super stars, major celebrities, big budgets and expensive sets.
This video is really cheap, that’s why is so perfect for Miranda ; )
I like your reasoning and seems like you’re the only who has good interpretation on some things.. Those loons should think the way you do:)
I stand corrected regarding Bloom’s acting credits - I completely forgot about “The Calcium Kid” (never saw it), “Black Hawk Down” (saw that one, but I actually forgot he was in it, which says something, I guess), “Paris Je T’aime” (never saw that one, either), and “New York, I love You” (won’t be seeing that one because it just doesn’t interest me in the least), so that would bring the film total to about 8 or 9, outside of The Big Three. I read some reviews from OB fans who saw “The Calcium Kid,” and they really liked the film and his work in it. I can’t comment as I haven’t seen the movie. I still maintain my personal position that his strength lies in supporting roles. However, I also acknowledge that many OB fans would disagree.
just for comparison ….. other than the trilogy movies ….. this current role he is doing ……could it by chance be compared to Stuart Townsend playing Lestat in Queen of the Damned?
I never knew who Stuart Townsend was until Queen of the Damned. But after I saw it, I decided to try and find other films he may have been in, and the only one I found, at least that was of interest to me, was Shooting Fish with Kate Beckinsale. It was a romantic comedy also starring, I think his name was Dan Fuller, not sure now.
I see this character that Orlando is currently playing, at least from pics, a cross between a rocker like Lestat’s character and a younger Rambo….. at least when he is wearing the white t-shirt with suspenders, and the army boots.
What will he do for PR when married with kids?
He’ll pimp the kids of course like any good little celebutard would do. Nursuries in Instyle, sightings at all the chic chic tot stores, papfests galore on the playgrounds, cutee family bonding on the red carpet. Just what his moron fans have been salivating for for YEARS!! Now actual marriage remains doubtful-it’s soooo yesterday you know-and I doubt he’d ever give up anything for a commitment like that. Divorce is very expensive.
awww It’s so cute & happy!!!!
They can’t sing and the music is a total Jack Johnson rip off. Jay is a shady guy and I think Whitney deserves much better. She seems like such a good person and I think Jay is using her to become famous. I used to see Whitney in a LA quite a bit and until I saw her in person I didn’t realize that she is really pretty. She needs to find a successful man not some wannabe rock star.
you guys are mean.. you don’t even know Jay! before you start pointing fingers, be sure your hands are clean..
