Renee Zellweger works it out in an asymmetrical red dress the outside Ed Sullivan Theatre for the Late Show With David Letterman in New York City on Thursday.
The 39-year-old actress recently spoke to USA Today and talked about her crush on Jimmy Carter! She said, “I have a crush on Jimmy Carter. I admit it. He has an extraordinary mind. He’s an exceptional human being. And he writes poetry, for crying out loud. He’s all good things.”

First of all, loving the dress. She looks great here. And if any of you knew anything you would shut your mouth about Jimmy Carter. The guy is actually very intelligent and he’s made significant contributions toward making peace in several Middle Eastern countries through diplomacy and even received the 2002 Nobel Peace Prize for those contributions.
Sh’s looking a lot better than other times, I love Carolina Herrera, but lately she was nod doing Renee any favors; or maybe they just sticked to the very wrong dresses.

Wow, I’m not too shocked by the haters on Renee and Jimmy Carter. They’re not talentless, unintelligent reality-tv-people afterall. Nothing was given to Renee on a plattter a la Paris Hilton. Renee works hard for craft and her body. She’s a hell lot more attractive and successful than the average American, that’s for sure! And #21, kudos to you for educating these haters on Mr. Carter.

Just came from Renee’s new movie “New in Town” . What a terrible, cheesy movie. Not even a good chick flick. Terrible acting and Renee looked butt ugly. She and Kenny would have ndefinitely made a homely couple .
People can be so cruel and ignorant when commenting on Renee. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think Renee is beatiful, and she is a very down to earth and obviously she is inteligent as well.
I think the person who made the comment about Jimmy Carter growing peanuts meant that growing peanuts was perhaps the only thing in which he was truly successful. Carter certainly failed as POTUS. Moreover, we all know winning the Nobel Peace Prize is nothing more than a politcal payoff of the Left, so we connot put too much stock in that accomplishment either. Yasser Arafat won the Nobel Peace Prize and he was a master terrorist for christ sakes.
Zellweger is deluded. I always find it interesting that when an actors carreer is in decline the first instinct is to make a truly ridiculous political statement in order to drum up publicity. You hit it out of the park Renee.

I’ve just watched Appaloosa and boy this chick is butt ugly. Obviously she’s sucking the right **** to get her parts. I can only hope the big kahuna that takes care of her won’t soon get into men (not that it would be such a giant leap) and we’ll see guys playing damsels in distress.
