Swimming champ Michael Phelps smokes from a bong during a weekend filled with smoking weed and chugging booze, reports UK’s News Of The World.
“You could tell Michael had smoked before,” the paper’s source revealed. “He grabbed the bong and a lighter and knew exactly what to do. He looked just as natural with a bong in his hands as he does swimming in the pool. He was the gold medal winner of bong hits. Michael ended up getting a little paranoid, though, because before too long he looked like he was nervous and ran out of the place.”
The 23-year-old Olympic champion’s team reportedly tried to bribe NOTW not to run this bong picture because the Olympic champion could potentially lose all of his endorsement deals. Phelps has won a record 14 gold medals.

this guys ears are way too big.. Michael Phelps ears are smaller and his lobe is attached, not hanging there. Plus, this guys neck looks like a linebackers compared to Michaels. I don’t think its him. If you look closely at the two watches- they look different. Michaels watch doesn’t have that much bling to it.

i agree if he wants to hit bongs that’s up to him….but i wish everyone would just come to terms with it and quit making excuses….everyone who’s all IT ISN’T HIM is prob the same people who were harping on about what a great role model he is for kids after winning all those medals….he’s a young guy and he clearly isn’t looking to be a role model, but what he does on his own time is his business and there’s nothing wrong with it

It is sooo him. People are in serious denial. Everywhere I’ve read this story, it’s all “So what, it’s only weed”. Guess what, as of now, it is illegal to possess or smoke it. I don’t agree with it being illegal, but it is.
He got a slap in the wrist for his DUI, but he may not be so lucky this time around. The guy is an idiot. All the money he has coming in from endorsements, and he puts himself in a situation where he could lose it.

Well considering he is in a program for Olympic athletes that consistantly tests for drugs he should have been caught by now. They don’t need News Of the World to catch him. About the absolute worst tabloid, not that there is any good ones out there.

Geez, it’s not like he was snorting coke, it’s just bud. Poor guy, he might lose all of his endorsement deals when the weed obviously does not affect his performance in the pool so why should anyone care that he smokes.
