Saturday Night Live newcomer Abby Elliott impersonates mother-of-six Angelina Jolie during the “Weekend Update” of yesterday’s episode. Watch the video below and here’s the transcription:
Seth Meyers: It was revealed on Thursday that the California woman who gave birth to octuplets already has six other children. What? Angelina Jolie? What, what are you doing here?
Angelina Jolie: I heard someone had eight babies…does she want all of them?
SM: Yeah… I mean, I think she does, yes.
AJ: Where’s [your co-anchor Amy Poehler]?
SM: Oh, she left.
AJ: Did she take her baby with her?
SM: Yeah, she did.
AJ: Too bad, I could always use a new baby.
SM: So, um, are you excited about the Oscars?
AJ: Bye.

Better adopt some children UNLIKE SOME FACKING TV SITCOM HAGS COLLECTING DOGS. OF COURSE THAT DOGS ARE HER CHILDREN & SHE BREAST FED THAT DOGS HERSELF.
I was soooo waiting for you to post on this, Jared. I saw it last night and thought that the woman who played Jolie, Amy Elliot, saved the show and nailed the impression. For a second, I thought that it could have been Jolie. The makeup department really did their job.
I thought the skit was hilarious too, just playing into what we all know. And that’s that Jolie is child-obsessed. And there’s nothing wrong with that.
I’m wondering if the producers, particularly Lorne Michaels, is angling for the real Jolie to show up on the show, being that she’ll start filming the movie “Salt” in New York sometime in the near future. They should really think about doing that. Not only will it please us Jolie and Brangelina fans immensely, but I’m sure it would be one of the highest-rated SNL shows.
I am sure SNL will do a skit for a dog collector Aniston. You know she’s a beeyocth herself!

Honey most people live in the moment but think with knowledge of the past. If you think SNL is showing how others think of Angelina than you must think others think Aniston is a stupid needy woman.

If you hit the papers SNL will do a skit. However SNL does not determine what someone can become or what a person will achieve or how others perceive them. Just because SNL did a skit about Aniston does not make her equal to Angelina. But I think it is funny that you trolls so need Aniston to be equal to her. One more example that you trolls are an self esteem problem like Aniston.

“Pathetic”? Angelina is considered to be one of the sexiest women in the world. Don’t confuse AJ with JA, who is about as sexy as a rotten rutabaga. She’s the one who keeps getting dumped, remember?

Yes I hope Angelina does a walk on SNL as this actress is doing her. Like Palin or Walhberg. I think it would be so great.

If it is true that the mother of octuplets is on welfare, the country is in much worse shape than I thought.

There is something really weird about that whole business. I can’t think of a reputable IVF facility in the country who would do an in vitro on a woman who already had six children. IVF costs about $12,000 a pop. If she’s on welfare, who paid for it, and why would anyone pay for it if she already had six older kids? Now she has 14 children, no husband, and her mother is saying she is not going to help her any longer. It’s a freaking mess.
When this woman appears on screen, folks.

That wasn’t even funny. I get what they tried to do, but adopting kids is not funny. It didn’t seem to go over with the live audience either. It really was kind of awkward. Maybe they should have spoofed something else Angelina did. That skit missed the mark by a mile.

LOL, it was funny. However, I think JA’s clip was funnier. I think it was very funny they portraited her quite well, a needy and pathetic woman, who is quite desparated to have a man in her life while she claimed herself to be a “cougar” who thinks women don’t need men. I wonder which one would one rather be, being clingy and man-obsessed or being a mother who loves to have a lot of kids?
Angie gave only 2 births. Isn’t that almost hollywood woman did that? where is the joke on tham? Opening your home to kids who needs home is not something to kid about. She did that because she cares.

You all don’t know Angelina..I mean do you? It’s like people are talking about and portraying her as if she’s not who she is. Like it’s this other person. She’s the same Angelina that everyone has known, that no one was really into but now, seems to be on everyone’s mind for some gdam reason. She and Brad don’t even live here!

For the sake of entertainment I guess it’s funny. But, if we really think about it she is adopting to save and give other kids a chance in life. Way better….because she and brad will take care of them. So do you think the people/fans will be satisfied if the kids alone will say “yes, we had a good parents and a good home” the answer is no because people will always say bad things and always be negative on thiscouple. We don’t know what is going on in their home. They giving their best by entertaining us with their movies and satisfying us by showing their family. What more we want?
