- The Nobu restaurant chain, partly owned by Robert De Niro, has agreed to pay $2.5 million to settle a class action lawsuit over the way it handled worker tips. Court papers say some 200 employees have signed off on the settlement, which would give them about $3,300 each. Nobu has 11 restaurants in the U.S. and eight abroad.
- On Saturday (January 31s) New York’s 1OAK threw a Pre-Super Bowl bowl party in Tampa for friends including Nick Lachey, Brittany Snow, Alyssa Milano, Ashton Kutcher, Chace Crawford and Demi Moore who danced until 2AM with music by DJ Ross One.
