Fashion Faceoff: Elizabeth & James Top
Vanessa Hudgens celebrated her birthday in a cute Elizabeth and James “Tokyo” top while out with boyfriend Zac Efron in Los Angeles. The 20-year-old finished off her look with a Chanel mini bag and Christian Louboutin “Marilou Zeppa” wedges.
Jennifer Garner stepped out Saturday (January 31) for a bite to eat in Brentwood, Calif. The 36-year-old actress completed her look with long, stone-wash jeans and flats.
FYI: Elizabeth and James is a contemporary sportswear line from Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.

They both actually wore it well but I’ll go with Vanessa as she made it more trendy and matched it better. Besides, I love Van’s style and the poise with which she carries off outfits.
To be fair, Jennifer looks really good for someone who just had a baby. She hasn’t shed the baby fat but she looks nicely curvy in the jeans, I wish she hemmed it though.

Finally Jennifer took a bath, she needs to leave the roach killer shoes at home. What’s up with her, she is going it alone, don’t she have a new baby at home….baddddd mother. She wants attention.

As much as I like Jen, it truly pains me to say this, but she always looks so sloppy and this was even way before she got pregnant. She wears jeans that look way too big for her and always has the cuffs rolled up and looks so unkempt. How disappointing because she is truly adorable and has such a nice figure. I don’t have a problem with people being casual but wear clothes that fit and don’t make yourself look like you haven’t showered!
i love vanessa’s jeans with it but she should have worn some kind of camaisole, i mean c’mon, her bra & stomach is showing.

Jennifer is definitely a beautiful woman but she really needs to dress to show her body. She used to be so hot when she was on Alias and before she became a mom to Vi and wife to Ben. That crew on Alias really put her on clothes that showed off her body. She is old fashioned (WV style) and very modest about showing off her figure. I would love to dress her. BTW, that top is one I would have left at the store.

I know I’m looking way into this, but the women are so different.
They both wear it well.
Vanessa is younger and has had no kids. It’s flowy and she can be a bit sexy and expose her stomach.
Jennifer is wearing it because it can hide the belly well. Though I think she looks great for just having a baby! Of course she’s got thicker legs right now! Give her body criticisms a break - she just gave birth!
Kudos to the designer for a top that lots of women can wear!
