Kenneth Brown To Design Zac & Vanessa’s Houses
TV design show host Kenneth Brown will be designing the houses of High School Musical sweethearts Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens.
“They’re complete opposites,” he tells Chicago Tribune. “If they ever get married, they’ll have to have separate houses. He’s very modern and she’s very traditional.”
Zac owns a two-bedroom house in the Hollywood Hills that cost him around $2.3 million in early December. Vanessa has a 5,200-square-foot, $2.75 million Tuscan-style villa — six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a saline pool and spa.

My four cents:
1) I think Z&V heard about National Enquirer story and gave the designer consent to talk about their houses because Z&V knows that tabliods and nosy fans will jump over the story.
2) Anyone who has followed Z&V for the last 3yrs should not ask or be surprised their are living together. We knew that was going to happen.
3) Anyone who has followed Z&V and still believes the an internet rumor is a totally moron.
4)Here’s my internet rumor: I ‘m Justin Timberlake’s side chick. You got it from an “inside source”. LOL

Maybe you should get out of your insecure, little girl mode and try to act a bit grown up, if that’s possible.
It’s crazy, insecure fans like you who go into panic mode that start and perpetuate any rumor that comes around the bend.

wow seems like vanessa got more of a deal than zac, she has 6 bedrooms plus all that extra stuff while zac only has 2 bedrooms. haha

I highly doubt a reputable designer would make comments about his clients publicly. That’s a huge business no-no.
And if Zac did buy a house, good for him. It’s a great investment for himself, and it’s a wonderful milestone in his life!! Time to get out of that fishbowl condo he lived in!!
Wise move for Zac and Vanessa having their own houses. We must not forget that they are still not married and even if they were, there is nothing to stop them having their own individual homes.
How’s this for a rumour? My cousin is married to a cousin of the sibling of the husband of Barrack Obama’s half sister and so that makes me a relation. Just kidding!

It’s funny that in this video from the HSM3 London premiere Zac asked Vanessa to hold his arm but he still holds on to Ashley’s waist.He has a problem with holding on to Vanessa’s waist so asked her to hold his arm but can still hold on to Ashley’s waist? hmmmm..

THere are all arms holding in a row like friends do but he wanted Vanessa to link arms because that is how they are with each other and it made them look more like a couple to me.

Vanessa doesn’t have a problem with Zac or who he holds on to, question is, why do you?
Enough to go and dig out a five month old video which we’ve all seen and selectively highlight only certain parts?
Do you get investment returns from their relationship?
Will any circumstance in your life change because of it?
Will any comment you make or assumption you insinuate change anything in their relationship?
The energy people put into nonentities. At the the end of the day, they’re still together, minding their business, living their lives and loving it. that’s why some of us fans love them.
If you give this wasted attention to your life, you might end up as happy as they are.
I think it sucks that dodo-brain Kenneth Brown blabbed about Zac and Vanessa’s houses and made a subjective comment about their tastes.
But, he got what he wanted–his face and a link to his web site plastered all over the Internet. At Zac and Vanessa’s expense–more negative attention thrown at them from all sides.
Exactly what Zac and Vanessa do not want.
People in the entertainment industry who value their privacy will not hire this dude.
OK. let’s look at it this way: MAYBE, just MAYBE Zac and Vanessa gave this guy an OK to say he is helping them remodel their HOUSES because they hope that people like the paps and The National Enquirer will “keep their noses out” of their business. Maybe they would like it if the paps would quit shouting out whether or not they are getting married—like they are going to tell the paps anything—and quit asking and speculating about their living arrangements. Maybe it is them trying to get some peace and quiet! What does it matter? They can have a 100 houses or a 1000 hotel rooms but nobody knows how many rooms they will lie their heads down in nighttime falls.

wtf? who says that they HAVE to have seperate houses if they get married? i mean, if they get married, that would be great but if they want to live together than they can live together if they want to! it’s their decision anyway! they shouldn’t let someone tell them that like “Oh, you guys need seperate house. Zac you’ll live here and Vanessa, you’ll live 2 blocks from him. Have fun.” I mean, seriously. That would be kinda stupid to have them live in seperate houses if they get married. I mean, come on!
