The Story of Bonnie and Clyde is classic. There are just some movies that shouldn’t be remade. I don’t think they can do it justice. Since when does “working hard,” alone, entitle anyone to be cast in a role? One’s body of work, critical acclaim and professional accolades are better indicators of whether one is right for a particular role. And if you have TRULY worked in the industry (as you claim, and as I actually have), then you know that NO ONE “DESERVES” any role. Even the great Meryl Streep has been turned down for three roles in her career, so why would TALENTLESS Duff, whose lone claim to acting fame is DISNEY FLUFF, be “deserving” of anything, especially something as high-profile as remaking a modern classic?

I always had this fantasy that Brad and Angelina will star again in a movie together and that will be a remake of “Bonnie and Clyde”. So, now I’m a little disappointed coz I think those 2 will really do justice to their roles.

Faye Dunaway has earned the right, through her record, to make the comment, even tho it is a bit bitchy, though funny…… Hillary Duff, on the other hand, is a Paris/Jessica/Tara Reid/Kim Kardashian clone, famous only for being famous. Lindsay has talent, tho she’s mostly busy trying to pull a John Belushi, so she probably won’t be around long. I do think Lindsay would have been stunning in the role, plus she’s a natural beauty, and then we would also have her on screen to look at in the future after she finally succeeds in offing herself. Not a fan of either actress, but thought it was funny. So I spent 5 mins looking into some facts. I imdb.com Faye Dunaway and I saw that she hadn’t started her career until age 25, where as Hilary started much, much earlier. Faye Dunaway has clearly had her hay-day and has earned some great awards and accolades. But she did so at a older age, so you can’t really compare the two, because Hilary hasn’t had the life experience and opportunities that come with being older. I mean, you cant cast a 13 year old in a role that delves deep into the all aspects of human emotion, well, you can, but then you can expect that kid to experience too much too fast and be burnt out or washed up before 25. I honestly have not seen any of the movies these gals have made in their entirety, but some comments have said things like, “hilary duff makes crap Disney movies, not a real actress.” But hey, I have 2 daughters and feel like that is what young actresses should be doing. This is entertainment we are talking about, its not that deep. Ok, this is too long. In short, I feel that if faye is such a great actress, she shouldn’t have to slam younger up and coming stars to get press. And the movie hasn’t even been made yet!!! So how can we tell.
