OlderPaul Walker & Jasmine: Engaged? Nope!
2 Fast 2 Furious hunk Paul Walker and his girlfriend Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell are engaged, reports Star.
Over the holidays, the 35-year-old actor reportedly popped the question to 19-year-old Jasmine, a student at University of California, Santa Barbara. The mag also claims the couple started dating when Jasmine was just 16.
“Paul is very happy,” says an insider. “Their age difference doesn’t scare him. He knows she’s the one. They’ll take their time to do things the way they like [for the wedding].”
Of note: Paul, has a daughter, Meadow, 9, who lives in Hawaii with his former girlfriend Rebecca. Jasmine reportedly met Meadow last month.
UPDATE: A source close to the couple tells JustJared.com that Paul and Jasmine are not engaged. Time to put those party hats away!

The denial only on the engagement and not her age and that she was 16 when they started dated is a fact. (Confirmed by a lot of people on the web who know her and know of her)

#68…Do a little research on Google and you will quickly see that in the majority of states the age of consent is 16. I would list those states here but anyone with a modicum of intelligence could quickly determine which states those are in a few seconds. Even in California, where it age of consent is 18, it is not illegal to date a sixteen year old as long as you don’t have sex with them.
Age of consent in most states is 16 as I said. Here is an entry I found in my research. See #68, you are dead wrong:

What do your states say about a 16 year old having sex with a 32 year old man? The state that matters now is California and this is a felony in that state if he had sex with her.

It is very seedy for a 32,35 & even 40 year old man to approach a 16 year old kid for sex.
Mr. Walker is gonna have to address this issue based on the Fast & Furious 4 coming out on 4/03/09. What will he do at the premiere when a 26 year old guy yells at him “Hey Walker in 6 years I’ll be waiting for your daughter”

Well Lisa we are not in Europe and this is America and it is very absurd for a 32 year old man to date a 16 year old kid. California law it is a felony. CPS should have been called when Jasmine was 16 living with her parents.
It’s really disturbing that she was 16 and he was 32 when they started dating but it kinda makes sense….I’m pretty sure Paul Walker has the intellect of a 16 year old. Great eye candy but just don’t open your mouth, Paul.

I think they are adorable, good for them for holding it out for 3 years with out the public eye, there’s obviously something, and they care about each other, age is juts a number, and it will last. everyone is just jealous.
