Angelina Jolie Picks Armani Prive
Angelina Jolie adds a splash of yellow to her wardrobe, donning a gorgeous Armani Prive dress for the Orange 2009 BAFTA Awards at the Royal Opera House on February 8 (Sunday) in London, England.
Accompanying the 33-year-old actress to the British Academy Film Awards was longtime partner Brad Pitt looking spiffy in another Tom Ford tux. Angie finished off her look with classic pumps from Christian Louboutin and a bracelet and diamond-studded earrings, both from Asprey.
Brad is up for Leading Actor for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button while Angie is vying for Best Lead Actress for Changeling.

Brad looks so handsome and debonair - did I really just use that word? Well, it’s true. He really IS the man who just keeps getting better with age.

How incredible that in one week they can combine their humanitarian work with this. So glad to see that Angelina’s efforts in Thailand with the Burmese refugees has paid off. As I noted earlier, it appears to be a united effort with the US joining in with the UNHCR and other rights groups to put some delicate pressure on Thailand and the other southeast Asian countries to move forward on the issue.

Bravo to Jolie and all others involved in this vital human rights campaign.

This is a person who apparently has never HEARD Kate speak, or seen her bare tittied and cussing in every role she takes - but glad you think her f**kin a teenager in her latest movie is ‘classy,’ I think they should have given it to a strong powerful female role - not one molesting kids. There’s your classy. Also, the brits don’t think she’s class either - they think she’s crass, and that over the top blubbering ****** she called a speech at the Globes was ridiculed around the world. But still, I’m happy she won. I wanted Meryl to win.

Glad to see two great movies and two great performances so rewarded this year with so many nominations and so much recognition. So congratulations to Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, David Fincher, Clint Eastwood and their superlative supporting casts and crews. Long after Slumdog is forgotten as that feel good movie of the moment, Benjamin Button and Changeling will be remembered for their artistic visions and incredible acting. That’s show biz.
