Late last night a few of us had the pleasure of chatting with someone who knows a lot, works in the industry, and if anyone bothered to read the last thread, the puzzle pieces are beginning to fall into place. We would think that she has an ounce of decency in her. HOWEVER, she doesn’t have to spend his money to do charity work, there are THOUSANDS of things that she could do to help charity without asking for his money, AND if she did ask him for money to do charity work, he would probably feel better about that then keep giving her money for films that she wants to be involved with that keep bombing. Well, IMHO, he’s one of those people that has not aged “gracefully” - but that’s part of his appeal being ruggledly handsome - which he can get away with being a man. If he was a woman (like Sats) the public would not be so kind.

Just watched the BAFTAs on BBC (co.uk), and I thought Dan looked extremely tired - yes, he still manages to look very handsome, but he looks as if he could do with a decent holiday, somewhere private! His presentation of the best actress award was very short, very serious and British understated - he spoke well, but there wasn’t much ‘life about him’.
In the short interview on the red carpet, Dan was very nice and smiling, but again, the body language with Sats just screamed distance and lack of affection. And Sats looked as if she hadn’t even bothered to make an effort. She might have worn brown because it seemed to be fashionable at the BAFTAs (a few women wore the same shade of brown), but it definitely wasn’t her colour at all. She looked as if she hadn’t slept or eaten for a week.

The BAFTAs were full of buzz, energy and excitement, but Dan just didn’t express any of that - to me he looked as if he was just going through the motions. I say, somebody send that man on a good holiday (alone!) with plenty of sleep and time to think about things…he looks tired, unhappy and drained of energy. He might just really need a rest and time to think, so that he can work some things out…

Apparently, at any job interview, the interviewers know within 30 seconds after you walked into a room if they want to hire you or not, just from the way you carry yourself - before you have even opened your mouth. No, not many people have. They are somewhat of an enigma in the industry and not in a good way the majority of the time.

I think a person who does a “tell-all” on anyone is always looked down on as being desperate or a sad creature. No matter if it is salacious on their part. If they are in the industry then even worse as they would never get a job again and they should know better anyway.

Well, I do not know personally DC, but it seems to me that is as deep as his characters, sincere and honest. That is why I think more and more that you are in total error on this relationship. Thank you for the pic. I’m telling you all, I have felt from the moment I saw these pictures that these two were not happy with each other, something was off, I don’t know if they had a fight or what, but this reminds me of the Fleming Tribute pictures where they were very sour with each other.
I guarantee these two had a fight some time before the show. They look incredibly pissed with each other.

I’ve enlarged the picture, it looks like the same very simple band she wore in St. Barts, it does not match the diamond ring at all. The diamond ring looks like it’s a little big on her, and she may put that band on to keep it from slipping off. My wedding rings get a little big on me during the winter months but in the summer my fingers swell up more from humidity so in the winter I use an extra thin band to keep my rings from slipping off, which is what I think she is doing with the diamond ring.
The rings do not match, if they were married, the wedding band would match her diamond ring, and I do not see her settling for a wedding bank that would cost about $100.00 when she can have a beautiful diamond eternal band that matches the diamond ring.
Reality check. If they had ever been married in the past three years, there would have been a wedding certificate unearthed. Second, trust me, this woman would make DC wear a band and he has never been seen wearing a wedding band. Third, there is NO WAY that they got married and she would agree to not confirming it in interviews or when approached about the question on the red carpet. NO WAY.
