Jessica Simpson is a Madison Square Garden Gal

Jessica Simpson, carrying a black leather Louis Vuitton bag, is spotted being escorted by her entourage arriving from Nashville to LaGuardia airport on Wednesday (February 11) in New York City, New York.

The 28-year-old country singer is set to rock it out with Rascal Flatts at Madison Square Garden tonight. Jessica appeared on The Early Show where she talked about her latest single and how she’s been feeling lately.

“I grew up with my father being a youth minister, and so as a family we would always pray out loud together,” Jessica said, referring to her latest single “Pray Out Loud.” “Honestly, I am right where I am supposed to be and I am so very, very happy. And right now I’m out on tour with Rascal Flatts having a blast.”

I loved it on the Early Show when Jessica along with Julianne Hough, Leann Rimes and Kellie Pickler were announcing the Country Music Awards. The look on Jessicas face was priceless as Kellie announced Julianne as a nominee for best new female artist. Jessica could hardly contain her disappointment. She got ZERO nominations. What did she expect? Her performance singing “Pray Out Loud” after the nominations was horrible. She absolutely cannot sing live. Any fool can make a record and with augmentation and such, sound good. She needs to give up singing and stick with peddling shoes. That’s her only talent.
