Orlando & Miranda: Sydney Sweethearts
Miranda Kerr and boyfriend Orlando Bloom walk hand-in-hand as they board a plane from Sydney to Melbourne on Thursday.
The pretty pair is helping with a telethon to raise money for the victims of the South Australian bush fires. Megan Gale and Russell Crowe were also on-hand to pitch in for the relief effort.

I don’t understand the hate towards Miranda. I must have missed something. They can’t walk through the airport giggling and smooching when there is a disaster going on. I think they are a sweet couple. I for one would love Miranda’s legs she is stunning.
I feel sorry for the poor girl of orlando who gets all the rants and nast judgements from his pathetic fans. This is scary and beyond normal!!!

Sweet couple. They’re growing on me more and more - in a good way - the more I see of them together. And my heart certainly goes out to all the victims of those terrible fires in Australia.

Why not demand a list of all the celeb donors with the amounts? But that’s not the point, is it? The truth is even if it was known how much they donated, it would never be enough for you, and you’d call it p.r. anyway. The point is it’s another way for you to bash them. He didn’t have to say anything about her at all, but he did. He could have left it at “I came here to visit my girlfriend”, but he added that she had his heart…..TWICE.
And he may not mention her during promotion for his movies because he will be working, then. But I bet that you really do want him to talk about her, don’t you. Then you can whine about him throwing her in your face, and shoving her down your throat, and why does he have to blab about his private life, etc.

I’m not saying he was forced to go to the telethon or to say anything. But Not acknowledging her is almost the same as bad mouthing her in front of everybody. Would be extremely embarrassing would it not. And he is a gentleman.
People can care deeply about loss of others, without being a member of their family or a close personal friend. It’s called caring more about others than yourself.
A concept you shippers to seem to have such a difficult time grasping it seems.
I’m glad he went, and he said nice things about her. But why would he say anything else.
You are avoiding my question like the plague, because you seem so afraid to answer it.
Would he say those things about her if he was just being casually interviewed at any other event or premiere, or on a talk show, etc? Which he will be very soon. One does not need to jump up on a sofa like Tom Cruise. But a casual comment, like the one Justin made, nothing wrong with that, if he really feels something for the other person.
If it takes a severe tragedy, especially one that would happen that is close to her heart and his too I’m sure, even if she had never been a part of his life, for him to say that he cares about her, and loves her, what are you gonna do, should they break up within the next few months? You will become the haters, because he would seem like a hypocrite to you would he not?
If he can say those things, even just a mention, like Justin did. Justin did not go into all the details of his and Jessica Biel’s relationship. But at least he acknowledged her and his feelings for her, without being promted by some catastrophic event.
Let’s say she was just there to promote David Jones line at a talk show, and the fires had not happened, would he be there to support her. Maybe it hit her hard, very emotionally, and he was just showing his support.
When things have calmed down, and he is doing promotion for his films, why can’t he just mention how much he cares about her then as well…. lots of stars do, and it does not invade their privacy.

If he said it in an emotional speech, in passing, then maybe you could say that his emotions had gotten the best of him. But that isn’t how it happened. He said it the first time during a serious statement about the tragedy, but the second time, he said it while in an almost jovial mood.
But just to make it clear…
HE DID NOT HAVE TO SAY THAT HE LOVED HER. HE COULD HAVE LEFT IT AT “GIRLFRIEND”, BUT HE SAID MORE. EVEN IF HE WAS UPSET, HE DID NOT HAVE TO SAY THAT HE LOVED HER. BUT HE DID, IN TWO, COUNT THEM, TWO SEPERATE INTERVIEWS. EVEN WITH HER SITTING TWO INCHES FROM HIM, HE DID NOT HAVE TO SAY WHAT HE DID.
You also have to be reminded that he hasn’t sat down for a “casual” interview in over a year, so there was no way that he could have mentioned her before.
Now if and when his does mention her “casually” in a later interview, I will remind you haters that this is exactly what you demanded as proof. You guys have complained when Miranda mentions him, but now you are complaining because he didn’t mention her more.
You guys are grasping at straws, and sounding more and more idiotic.
Next you will be claiming that she drugged him.

I have no Harsh Feelings toward her or him….
I do however get annoyed with others not seeing my point.
I think it is very encouraging that he has come to help her in her time of need. But whether they get married or not, I happen to believe that the vows should be there even if not spoken in a formal ceremony.
When he starts acknowledging her during interviews or whatever, then I will be satisfied. You can gloat all you want. I really could care less about your feelings.
Their feelings are the ones that have been in question.
But basing the evidence on the fact that he said what he did, no matter how many times, or interviews. He has been known to repeat himself anyway in interviews concerning his films, not his personal life, by the way.

Go on with your theory, but i guess your heart/mind is really in deep trouble trying to make arguments about things orlando said. Besides nobody is forcing you to believe everything he said about miranda. So i guess, yourself is your own enemy here. LOL
We miranda fans are just basing our comments on what straight that came out of his mouth, not predicting or assuming things like most of his fans do, which is plain stupidity.
About your question of whether he’ll be saying those things to miranda given there isn’t a tragedy, he will, considering he doesn’t have much interviews lately, so now he’d been given an oppurtunity. And haven’t you thought that he could’ve opted to just say, he’s in OZ for the valentines, and yet he still said (those unbelievable for most of ob fans) twice.
And why would OB still continue saying his heart belongs to miranda when he already said it for the world to know, but who knows he might again say it. Like what some posted, i also never heard OB said those things to kate like with miranda in any of his interviews.
PS The interviewer never asked orlando about his feelings for miranda, it’s he who said the obvious out of nowhere.

His visit for the valentines really turned out to be something great.
I have no problem believing that he loves her.
It’s in what way does he love her to me that is in question.
Relax, I’m not angry with Miranda, or think she is trying to set him up in any way.
But emotional trauma, whether it is your own family members or close friends, can affect you in such a way that you may make statements, you’re not quite ready for.
We don’t really know what he was feeling at the time during the telethon, do we?
Same theory that applied to the car accident he was in. I happen to be one of those who felt the only reason why he was walking away from the scene was because he may have been slightly disoriented.

How has one woman turned an entire fandom upside down like this? Whether you are pro or con for either of them the shippers and haters as they are called, are continually calling each other names.
No matter how ugly the “discussion” gets nothing is going to change. No matter how many times the words hater, shipper, loons, fat and jealous get used, it won’t change anything.
Neither side is listenig or even considering what the other side is saying. It’s mostly mud slinging.
And it isn’t fair to those of us who just want to read the comments and maybe post a comment without the fear of being labeled or insulted. This is a public gossip board not a battle ground for fandom fighting.
